भदोही। कोतवाली पुलिस ने सोमवार को विभिन्न धाराओं में फरार चल रही समाजवादी पार्टी के विधायक जाहिद बेग की पत्नी अभियुक्ता के नगर के मालिकाना मोहल्ले में स्थित तीन मंजिला इमारत को कुर्क करते हुए जब्तीकरत की कार्रवाई की। न्यायालय के आदेश पर भारी संख्या में पहुंची पुलिस ने उनके यहां कुर्की की कार्रवाई करते हुए मकान में ताला लगा दिया। जब्त किए गए संपत्ति करोड़ो रुपए में आंकी जा रही है।
बाल श्रम के संबंध में कोतवाली भदोही पर पंजीकृत अभियोग धारा-143(4),143(5) भारतीय न्याय संहिता, 79 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम व 4/16 बंधित श्रम पद्धति उन्मूलन अधिनियम में सपा विधायक जाहिद बेग, उनकी पत्नी सीमा बेग व उनके पुत्र जईम बेग के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। इसी मुकदमे में विधायक जाहिद बेग प्रयागराज के नैनी सेंट्रल जेल जबकि उनके पुत्र जईम बेग वाराणसी के जिला कारागार में बंद हैं। अभियुक्ता सीमा बेग पत्नी जाहिद बेग निवासिनी मोहल्ला मालिकाना कोतवाली भदोही वांछित है। जो अपनी गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए लगातार फरार चल रही है। अभियुक्ता उपरोक्त के विरुद्ध न्यायालय द्वारा धारा-84 बीएनएस के तहत नोटिस निर्गत करते हुए नियत तिथि तक न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश होकर अपना पक्ष रखने के लिए आदेशित किया गया था। समयावधि पर अभियुक्ता हाजिर नहीं हुई है। पंजीकृत आभियोग में फरार अभियुक्ता सीमा बेग पत्नी जाहिद बेग के विरुद्ध न्यायालय द्वारा धारा-85 बीएनएस के तहत कुर्की का आदेश निर्गत किया गया था। न्यायालय द्वारा धारा-84 बीएनएस के तहत निर्गत नोटिस की अवहेलना के संबंध में उनके विरुद्ध अंतर्गत धारा-209 बीएनएस के तहत अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया है। न्यायालय के आदेश के अनुपालन में कोतवाली पुलिस ने नगर के मालिकाना मोहल्ले में स्थित उनके आलीशान तीन मंजिला इमारत को कुर्क करते हुए उनके संपत्ति को जब्त कर लिया। जिसकी कुल अनुमानित कीमत
