DPIFF CSR 2026: Anil Mishra Showcases Innovative Road Safety Technology to Minister Ajay Tamta

New Delhi: Mr. Anil Mishra, Managing Director of the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival (DPIFF), met with Mr. Ajay Tamta, Honorable Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways, Government of India, on Thursday. Mr. Lalit Arora and Mr. Shashi Sharma were also present at this important meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss in detail the latest road safety initiatives under DPIFF CSR 2026.At the center of the discussion was a highly innovative and life-saving road visibility technology that operates without electricity and is capable of significantly improving visibility on highways during nighttime or foggy conditions. This technology has the potential to provide a new direction to the National Road Safety Mission. Mr. Anil Mishra’s vision and deep commitment to social responsibility are clearly evident in his efforts to advance this important initiative and elevate road safety in the country to new heights. Under his leadership, DPIFF is continuously making efforts that will significantly contribute not only to the entertainment industry but also to the broader interests of society. The first demo of this technology in India will soon be held in Devbhoomi, Uttarakhand, under the DPIFF CSR program. This initiative could prove to be a historic initiative by DPIFF towards strengthening road safety in rural and mountainous areas.
