खुदकुशी करने वाले दरोगा का संघर्ष में बिता जीवन,सुसाइड नोट में मिला–विभागीय काम में भी है रिश्वत

यूपी के सीतापुर में थाना मछरेहटा में सरकारी पिस्टल से गोली मारकर आत्महत्या करने वाले दरोगा मनोज कुमार (55) का जीवन संघर्षों के बीच बीता। भूमिहीन रामऔतार के बेटे मनोज ने सिपाही से दरोगा तक पदोन्नित का सफर तय किया था।नौकरी के दौरान लखनऊ में घर, सात बहनों की शादी की थी।विभागीय समस्याओं के चलते उनके खुदकुशी करने की चर्चा रही। दरोगा मूलरूप से कल्याणपुर थाना क्षेत्र के गांव जलाला निवासी रामऔतार गौड़ के बड़े बेटे थे। रामऔतार मछली शिकार, मजदूरी कर जीवन यापन करते हैं। उनकी आठ पुत्री व दो पुत्रों में मनोज बड़ा बेटा था।पिता की मजदूरी की कमाई से गोपालगंज सर्वोदय इंटर काॅलेज से हाईस्कूल परीक्षा मनोज ने पास की थी। कक्षा 11 के दाखिले के समय ही वह सिपाही पद पर भर्ती हो गया। परिवार को काफी राहत मिली थी। मनोज के सहयोग से पिता सात बेटियों की शादी कर चुका था।Daroga Manoj Kumar, 55, who committed suicide by shooting himself with a government pistol at Machharehata police station in Sitapur, UP, spent his life amidst struggles. With Manoj’s help, the father had married seven daughters.एक बेटी विनीता और बेटा अजय अविवाहित हैं। अजय गैरप्रांत में मजदूरी करता है। नौकरी मिलने के बाद उसकी तैनाती लखनऊ में हुई थी। उसकी शादी भी लखनऊ में हुई थी। वह लखनऊ के बिजनौर इलाके में मकान बनाकर रहने लगा। पिता अपनी बेटी के साथ गांव जलाला में ही रहते हैं।बहन विनीता ने बताया कि करीब छह माह पहले भाई गांव आए थे। पिता कभी-कभी बिजनौर जाते थे। सुबह करीब 10 बजे उसके मोबाइल पर फोन आया। फोन सीतापुर थाने से था। उसने पिता को फोन पर बात कराई। वह भाई की खुदकुशी की जानकारी सुनकर कांप उठे और फोन उनके हाथ से छूट गया।पिता ने बताया कि बेटे को पुलिस में छुट्टी न मिलने का मलाल रहता था। वह खुद को गोली नहीं मार सकता है। घटना से परिवार बेसहारा हो गया है। पिता व बहन गांव से सीतापुर रवाना हो गए। मनोज की मां का 10 साल पहले देहांत हो चुका है। वह अपने पीछे पिता, बहन के साथ पत्नी गीता देवी, दो पुत्र आकाश, शिवेंद्र व पुत्री आंचल को छोड़ गया है। पूरे गांव के लोग खबर से गमगीन दिखे।A daughter Vineeta and son Ajay are unmarried.
