जनवरी-अक्टूबर के बीच 21.69 लाख करोड़ का मामला आया सामने : केंद्र

नई दिल्ली: केंद्र सरकार की ओर से एक बयान जारी कर कहा गया है कि इस साल जनवरी से अक्टूबर के बीच लगभग 21.69 लाख ट्यूबरकुलोसिस (टीबी) के मामले सामने आए हैं।भारत में टीबी के मामले हमेशा से ही एक चिंता का विषय रहे है, लेकिन हाल के वर्षों में इसमें सुधार देखने को मिला है।केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण राज्य मंत्री अनुप्रिया पटेल ने राज्यसभा में एक लिखित उत्तर में कहा, “2020 में टीबी के मामले 18.05 लाख से बढ़कर 2023 में 25.52 लाख हो गए।”,उन्होंने कहा, “जनवरी से अक्टूबर 2024 के बीच लगभग 21.69 लाख टीबी के मामले रिकॉर्ड किए गए हैं।”,

पटेल ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन (एनएचएम) के तत्वावधान में राष्ट्रीय टीबी उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम (एनटीईपी) ने भारत को टीबी मुक्त बनाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास किए हैं।भारत का लक्ष्य 2030 के वैश्विक लक्ष्य से पांच साल पहले 2025 तक टीबी को खत्म करना है।घातक संक्रामक रोग की घटना दर और इससे होने वाली मौतों में भी बड़ी गिरावट देखी गई है।पटेल ने कहा, ”भारत में टीबी की घटना दर 2015 में प्रति 100,000 जनसंख्या पर 237 से 2023 में प्रति 100,000 जनसंख्या पर 195 तक 17.7 प्रतिशत की गिरावट को दिखाती है।A statement issued by the central government said that about 21.69 lakh tuberculosis (TB) cases have been reported between January and October this year. A decline has been observed. “The TB incidence rate in India shows a 17.7 per cent decline from 237 per 100,000 population in 2015 to 195 per 100,000 population in 2023,” Patel said. TB deaths have reduced by 21.4 per cent from 28 per lakh population in 2015 to 22 per lakh population in 2023.” Patel further said that the major efforts and interventions undertaken under NTEP include targeted interventions in high TB ​​burden areas through state and district specific strategic plans, provision of free drugs and diagnostics to TB patients, active TB case detection through campaigns in key vulnerable populations. The State Minister said that the programme has integrated Ayushman Arogya Mandir with TB testing and treatment services, promoted private sector participation with incentives for notification and management of TB cases, expanded molecular diagnostics laboratories to sub-district level and expanded coverage under Nikshay Poshan Yojana for nutritional support to TB patients. टीबी से होने वाली मौतें 2015 में प्रति एक लाख जनसंख्या पर 28 से 2023 में प्रति एक लाख जनसंख्या पर 22 तक 21.4 प्रतिशत कम हो गई है।”,इसके अलावा पटेल ने कहा कि एनटीईपी के तहत किए गए प्रमुख प्रयासों और हस्तक्षेपों में राज्य और जिला विशिष्ट रणनीतिक योजनाओं के माध्यम से उच्च टीबी बोझ वाले क्षेत्रों में लक्षित हस्तक्षेप, टीबी रोगियों को मुफ्त दवाओं और निदान का प्रावधान, प्रमुख संवेदनशील आबादी में अभियानों के माध्यम से सक्रिय टीबी मामलों का पता लगाना शामिल है।राज्य मंत्री ने कहा कि इस कार्यक्रम ने आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर को टीबी जांच और उपचार सेवाओं के साथ एकीकृत किया है, टीबी मामलों की अधिसूचना और प्रबंधन के लिए प्रोत्साहन के साथ निजी क्षेत्र की भागीदारी को बढ़ावा दिया है, उप जिला स्तर तक मालिक्यूलर डायग्नास्टिक्स लेबोरेटरी का विस्तार किया है और टीबी रोगियों को पोषण संबंधी सहायता के लिए निक्षय पोषण योजना के तहत कवरेज का विस्तार किया है।
