भोपाल विधायक आरिफ मसूद को हाईकोर्ट से झटका, फर्जी दस्तावेजों पर एफआईआर के आदेश
Bhopal Congress MLA Arif Masood has received a big blow from the High Court. Hearing the case on Monday, the High Court has directed an FIR against the Congress MLA in the case of recognition of the college through fake documents, along with this the court has said that the Bhopal Commissioner should register an FIR within 3 days and also inform the court about it. While hearing the case, the court of High Court Justice Atul Shridharan found that the recognition of the college was obtained by Congress MLA Arif Masood through fake documents. On this matter, the High Court has completely banned new admissions in Arif Masood's Indira Priyadarshini College. The High Court has ordered the state government that now the SIT will investigate this entire matter. A three-member team will investigate under the leadership of ADG Sanjeev Shami. The High Court has also said that the SIT should submit its investigation report within 90 days. Let us tell you that recently the Higher Education Department had canceled the recognition of the college, but keeping in view the student interest, the studies of the students were continued in the college. भोपाल से कांग्रेस विधायक आरिफ मसूद को हाईकोर्ट से बड़ा झटका मिला है। सोमवार को मामले पर सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने फर्जी दस्तावेजों के जरिए कॉलेज की मान्यता के मामले में कांग्रेस विधायक के खिलाफ एफआईआर के निर्देश दिए हैं, इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने कहा है कि भोपाल कमिश्नर 3 दिन में एफआईआर दर्ज करवाते हुए उसकी जानकारी भी कोर्ट को दे।हाईकोर्ट जस्टिस अतुल श्रीधरन की कोर्ट ने सुनवाई करते हुए पाया कि कांग्रेस विधायक आरिफ मसूद के द्वारा फर्जी दस्तावेजों से कॉलेज की मान्यता ली गई थी। इस मामले पर हाईकोर्ट ने आरिफ मसूद के इंदिरा प्रियदर्शनी कॉलेज में नए दाखिलों पर पूरी तरह से रोक लगा दी है।हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार को आदेश दिए हैं, कि इस पूरे मामले की अब एसआईटी जांच करेगी। ADG संजीव शमी के नेतृत्व में तीन सदस्यीय टीम जांच करेगी। हाईकोर्ट ने यह भी कहा है कि 90 दिन में एसआईटी अपनी जांच रिपोर्ट पेश करें।बता दे कि पिछले दिनों उच्च शिक्षा विभाग ने कॉलेज की मान्यता को रद्द कर दिया था, लेकिन छात्र हित को देखते हुए कॉलेज में छात्रों की पढ़ाई को कंटिन्यू रखा गया था। सुनवाई के दौरान हाईकोर्ट ने तल्ख टिप्पणी टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि बिना राजनीतिक संरक्षण इतने सालों तक कॉलेज नहीं चल सकता था।
