Bhadohi A special operation was conducted by a joint team of Labor Department, AHTU Police and Kotwali Bhadohi to rescue the child labourers. A total of 10 child laborers were freed from a makeshift factory by a joint team on Wednesday. The recovered child laborers were handed over before the CWC as per rules. A special operation is being conducted under the direction of Superintendent of Police Dr. Meenakshi Katyayan under Operation Mukti (Bachpan Bachao Abhiyan) under Mission Shakti Abhiyan Phase-5. Today, a joint team of Labor Department Bhadohi, AHTU Police Team and Kotwal Bhadohi raided a temporary factory of Jallapur Alampur during rescue operation under Nagar Bhadohi. A total of 10 minor children were found working as child laborers (carpet weavers' helpers) in Jahan. All of them are between 8 and 10 years old. Those children were recovered from the carpet factory by a joint team. The recovered child laborers were produced before the Court Child Welfare Committee by a joint team. The court has directed the labor department Bhadohi for the entire legal process including medical examination of the child laborers and registration of FIR against the employer.
भदोही। बाल श्रमिकों के रेस्क्यू के लिए श्रम विभाग, एएचटीयू पुलिस व कोतवाली भदोही की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा विशेष अभियान गया। बुधवार को संयुक्त टीम द्वारा एक कालीन कारखाने से बाल श्रमिक के रूप में कार्य कर रहे कुल 10 बालक मुक्त कराए गए। बरामद बाल श्रमिकों को नियमानुसार सीडब्ल्यूसी के समक्ष सुपुर्द किया गया।मिशन शक्ति अभियान फेज-5 के अन्तर्गत ऑपरेशन मुक्ति (बचपन बचाओ अभियान) के तहत पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ.मीनाक्षी कात्यायन के निर्देशन में विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। आज श्रम विभाग भदोही, एएचटीयू पुलिस टीम व कोतवाल भदोही की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा नगर भदोही के अंतर्गत रेस्क्यू कार्रवाई के दौरान जल्लापुर आलमपुर के एक कालीन कारखाने में छापेमारी की। जहां पर बाल श्रमिक (कालीन बुनकरों के हेल्पर) के रूप में कार्य कर रहे कुल-10 नाबालिग बच्चों पाए गए। सभी की उम्र करीब 8 से 10 वर्ष के बीच है। उन बच्चों को संयुक्त टीम द्वारा कालीन कारखाने से बरामद किया गया। बरामद श्रमिक बालकों को संयुक्त टीम द्वारा न्यायालय बाल कल्याण समिति के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया गया। न्यायालय द्वारा श्रमिक बालकों के चिकित्सक परीक्षण एवं सेवायोजक के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराने सहित संपूर्ण विधिक प्रक्रिया के लिए श्रम विभाग भदोही को निर्देशित किया गया है।
