९२ वर्षीय बृध्द महिला (दादी) मतदान केंद्र पर पहुंचकर किया मतदान
Bhiwandi - 92-year-old Shanta Ben Bhagwan Das Maru joined BNN with her son during the Bhiwandi West Legislative Assembly elections. He exercised his right to vote by reaching the polling station of the college. His passion for voting even at this age is an inspiration to the youth. Shantaben said, every vote in democracy has value and it should not be destroyed. This kind of activism by senior citizens in Bhiwandi has created a positive atmosphere in the entire city. Elderly women like Shantaben are proving that age is just a number and no age can be a barrier to fulfill one's duty. There should only be passion from within.

भिवंडी – भिवंडी पश्चिम विधान सभा चुनाव के दौरान ९२ वर्षीय शांता बेन भगवान दास मारू ने अपने पुत्र के साथ बी.एन.एन. महाविद्यालय के मतदान केंद्र पर पहुंचकर अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किया। इस उम्र में भी मतदान करने का उनका जज्बा युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणादायक है। शांताबेन ने कहा, लोकतंत्र में हर वोट की कीमत होती है और इसे नष्ट नहीं करना चाहिए। भिवंडी में वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की इस तरह की सक्रियता ने पूरे शहर में सकारात्मक माहौल बनाया है। शांताबेन जैसी बुजुर्ग महिलाएं यह साबित कर रही हैं कि उम्र केवल एक संख्या है और अपने कर्तव्य को निभाने के लिए कोई भी उम्र बाधा नहीं बन सकती। सिर्फ अंदर से लगन होनी चाहिए।
