On October 30, while going home on a bike, three unknown miscreants on a bike in Bhikhampur village looted one lakh rupees along with a bag by threatening them with a tambourine. In connection with the incident, at that time efforts were being made by the police to arrest the accused by registering a case under Section-309(4) of the BNS against unknown persons. He said that police teams have been formed and instructions have been given to quickly uncover the incident of robbery and arrest the accused. In accordance with the said instructions, the joint team of SWAT Police and Suriyavan police station was checking the suspicious persons, objects and vehicles on the night of 20/21 November while identifying the unknown miscreants with the help of CCTV footage on the road. During checking, the three vicious robbers Suraj Gautam son of Brijesh Kumar resident of Kichkila, Nitesh Pandey alias Momu son of Arvind Pandey and Rohit Yadav alias Patwari son of Ram Abhilakh Yadav resident of Lalapur who carried out the above incident of robbery by threatening with guns from near Guwali Nahar Pullia. Arjunpatti Police Station Handia District Prayagraj arrested. The SP said that in the possession of the accused, 32 thousand rupees in cash and 3 Android mobiles were purchased with the loot money and 2 pistols and 4 live cartridges of 0.32 bore, one gun of 315 bore May 2 were used in the robbery incident. भदोही। तमंचे से डरा-धमकाकर बैंक मित्र के साथ नगदी लूट की घटना में शामिल तीन शातिर लूटेरे को थाना सुरियावां व स्वाट पुलिस की संयुक्त टीम ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया। गुरुवार को पुलिस लाइन ज्ञानपुर के सभागार में पत्रकारों से बातचीत के दौरान एसपी डॉ.मीनाक्षी कात्यायन ने इस मामले का खुलासा किया। पुलिस ने सभी अभियुक्तों को संबंधित धाराओं में जेल भेज दिया।इस दौरान एसपी ने बताया कि सुरियावां थाना क्षेत्र के मकनपुर रोही निवासी शारदा प्रसाद मौर्य जो कि बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा की फ्रेंचाइजी चलाते हैं। 30 अक्टूबर को बाइक से घर जाते समय भीखमपुर गांव में बाइक सवार तीन अज्ञात बदमाशों द्वारा तमंचे से डरा-धमका कर बैग सहित एक लाख रुपया लूट लिया था। घटना के संबंध में तत्समय ही अज्ञात के विरुद्ध बीएनएस की धारा-309(4) का मुकदमा दर्ज कर पुलिस द्वारा अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी के प्रयास किए जा रहे थे। उन्होंने बताया कि पुलिस टीमों का गठन कर लूट की घटना के शीघ्र अनावरण व अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी के निर्देश दिए गए। उक्त निर्देशों के क्रम में स्वाट पुलिस व थाना सुरियावां की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा रास्ते में लगे सीसीटीवी फुटेज की मदद से अज्ञात बदमाशों की पहचान करते हुए 20/21 नवंबर की रात्रि में संदिग्ध व्यक्ति, वस्तु व वाहनों की चेकिंग की जा रही थी। चेकिंग के दौरान गुवाली नहर पुलिया के पास से तमंचे से डरा धमकाकर उपरोक्त लूट की घटना को अंजाम देने वाले तीन शातिर लूटेरों सूरज गौतम पुत्र बृजेश कुमार निवासी किचकिला, नितेश पांडेय उर्फ मोमू पुत्र अरविंद पांडेय व रोहित यादव उर्फ पटवारी पुत्र राम अभिलाख यादव निवासी लालापुर अर्जुनपट्टी थाना हंडिया जनपद प्रयागराज को गिरफतार कर लिया। एसपी ने बताया कि अभियुक्तों के कब्जे से लूट की घटना से संबंधित 32 हजार रुपए नगद व लूट के रुपए से खरीदा गया आईफोन सहित 3 एंड्राइड मोबाइल तथा लूट की घटना में प्रयुक्त 2 पिस्टल व 4 जिंदा कारतूस 0.32 बोर, एक तमंचा 315 बोर मय 2 जिंदा कारतूस व फर्जी नंबर प्लेट लगा एक बाइक होंडा साइन बरामद किया गया। गिरफ्तारी व अवैध तमंचा बरामदगी के आधार पर पंजीकृत अभियोग में बीएनएस की धारा-317(2), 318(2), 336(3), 345, 61(2)क व 3/25 आयुध अधिनियम की बढ़ोत्तरी की गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि पूछताछ में
लुटेरों द्वारा बताया गया कि हमलोग अपने आर्थिक, भौतिक लाभ के लिए संगठित होकर रेकी कर लूट की घटनाओं को कारित करते हैं। 30 अक्टूबर को हम तीन लोगों द्वारा थाना सुरियावां अंतर्गत बैंक मित्र के साथ तमंचे से डराकर बैग सहित एक लाख रुपया लूटा गया था।इस मौके पर पुलिस टीम में रहे थानाध्यक्ष सुरियावां अरविंद कुमार गुप्ता, उपनिरीक्षक संतोष कुमार राय, राम जियावन यादव, मुख्य आरक्षी शिवशंकर यादव, आरक्षी विकास पांडेय, राजू कुमार, विकास यादव, मनोज यादव, जय नारायण यादव व मुख्य आरक्षी चालक अभय कुमार यादव व प्रभारी निरीक्षक एसओजी टीम बृजेश सिंह, मुख्य आरक्षी अजय यादव, हरिकेश यादव, आरक्षी नीरज यादव, प्रिंस भार्गव, गोपाल खरवार, प्रवेश कुमार, अहम सिंह, प्रत्यूष पाठक, सेराफुल हसन आदि शामिल रहें।
