अवैध असलहा व कारतूस के साथ गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त की चालान
According to police station Kotwali Devgaon of Azamgarh district, on November 24, youth Amit Kumar Tripathi May Hamrah Yadav was standing in front of the Chandra Hospital near the Dhaba and was checking the vehicle when the Mukhvir received a tip-off about a suspicious person. A suspicious person on Khandanja road going towards Kaithishankarpur village after getting off the highway in front of the bridge at 08.05 hours is illegal and Caught with the cartridge. The arrested person gave his name as Arvind Maurya son of Ramdular Maurya resident of Kalandarpur police station Gambhirpur district Azamgarh. On the basis of arrest and seizure, MOA No. 413/2024 Section 3/25 Arms Act police station Devgaon District Azamgarh was registered. Arrested accused was challaned in court.

आजमगढ़ जिला के थाना कोतवाली देवगांव की पुलिस के अनुसार 24 नवंबर को उ0नि0 अमित कुमार त्रिपाठी मय हमराह यादव ढाबा के पास स्थित चन्द्रा अस्पताल के आगे खड़े होकर वाहन चेकिंग कर रहे थे तभी मुखवीर से एक संदिग्ध ब्यक्ति की सूचना मिली, जिसपर पुलिस ने बेसो नदी पुल के आगे हाइवे से उतरकर कैथीशंकरपुर गांव की तऱफ जाने वाले खण्डंजा सड़क पर एक संदिग्ध व्यक्ति को समय 08.05 बजे अवैध असलहा व कारतूस के साथ पकड़ लिया। पकड़े गये व्यक्ति ने अपना नाम अरविन्द मौर्या पुत्र रामदुलार मौर्या निवासी कलन्दरपुर थाना गम्भीरपुर जनपद आजमगढ बताया। गिरफ्तारी व बरामदगी के आधार पर मु0अ0सं0 413/2024 धारा 3/25 शस्त्र अधिनियम थाना देवगांव जनपद आजमगढ पंजीकृत किया गया। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त का चालान मा0 न्यायालय किया गया।
