रेड लाइट एररिया में ८ हजार एचआईवी संक्रमित मरीज ४०० मरीजों का नियमित ईलाज जारी

Due to the drastic increase in the number of HIV infected patients in the red light areas of Bhiwandi city, the situation is worsening day by day due to the huge lack of public awareness towards HIV by the government institutions. Because traders and laborers from every state of the country come in large numbers in Bhiwandi to support themselves and their families. Laborers living away from their families often go to the red light area (Hanuman Hill) to satisfy their physical hunger and quench their physical hunger. But more than 90% of women involved in prostitution living in this area are HIV positive. This disclosure Dr. who works with those women. Swati Singh has done it. Dr. Swati Singh while sharing the information said that many times sick and physically weak women are forced into prostitution. The special thing is that the situation of government HIV control agencies has become even more dire due to continuous upsurge in this area. According to the ART Center of Bhiwandi, the highest number of HIV cases are reported among the youth in the age group of 20 to 22 years and the elderly in the age group of 60 to 65 years. Every month more than 30 new HIV patients are coming here for treatment. There are currently more than 8 thousand HIV infected patients in Bhiwandi. Out of which 4000 are undergoing regular treatment, while the rest are foreigners who have left the city and have died. The red light area of Hanuman Tekdi has become a hotspot for HIV infection. Local citizens and social organizations say that there is a dire need for government intervention and awareness campaigns in this area. If timely attention is not given to this, then this problem in Bhiwandi can take a serious form. Experts believe that concrete steps must be taken immediately for HIV control and awareness.

भिवंडी – भिवंडी आयुक्तालय मार्ग पर स्थित रेड लाइट एरिया में एचआईबी मरीजों की संख्खा में लगातार बृध्दी एक चिंता का विषय बना हुआ है। देश की प्रमुख यंत्रमाग औद्योगिक नगरी, भिवंडी शहर में युवाओं के प्रति जागरुकता की भारी कमी का परिणाम शहर गहरी समस्या की ओर बढ़ता दिखाई दे रहा है। जो गहन विचारणीय और सतर्कता से युवा वर्ग के बचाव के लिए सरकार व गठित संस्थाओं को आगे आकर कार्य करना होगा।
भिवंडी शहर के रेड लाइट एरिया मे एचआईवी संक्रमित मरीजों की संख्या में बेतहाशा बढ़ोतरी होने से सरकारी संस्थानों द्वारा एचआईवी के प्रति जन जागरूकता की भारी कमी के कारण दिन प्रति दिन हालात बिगड़ते जा रहे है। क्यों कि भिवंडी में देश के प्रत्येक राज्यों से व्यपारी और मजदूर बड़ी संख्या में आकर अपना और अपने परिवार का पालन पोषण करते हैं। अपने परिवार से दूर रहने वाले मज़दूर अक्सर अपनी शारीरिक उत्तेजना को पूरा करने के लिए (हनुमान टेकडरी) रेड लाईट एरिया में जाकर अपनी सारिरिक भूख को मिटाते हैं। परंतु इस इलाके मे रहने वाली देह व्यापार में लिप्त ९०% से अधिक महिलाएं एचआईवी पॉजिटिव है। यह खुलासा उन महिलाओं के साथ काम करने वाली डॉ. स्वाति सिंह ने किया है।
डॉ.स्वाती सिंह ने जानकारी साझा करते हुए बताया कि कई बार बीमार और शारीरिक रूप से कमजोर महिलाओं को जबरदस्ती देह व्यापार करने के लिए मजबूर किया जाता है। खास बात यह है कि सरकारी एचआईवी नियंत्रण संस्थाओं की इस क्षेत्र में लगातार उठेक्षाओं के करणक स्थिति और भी भयानक हो गई है। भिवंडी के एआरटी सेंटर के अनुसार, शहर में २० से २२ वर्ष के युवाओं और ६० से ६५ वर्ष के बुजुर्गों के बीच एचआईवी के सबसे अधिक मामले दर्ज हो रहे है। हर महीने यहां ३० से अधिक नए एचआईवी मरीज उपचार के लिए पहुंच रहे है। भिवंडी में फिलहाल ८ हजार से अधिक एचआईवी संक्रमित मरीज है। जिनमें से ४ हजार का नियमित इलाज चल रहा है, जबकि बाकी या तो परदेशी है,जो शहर छोड़ चुके हैं, या उनकी मृत्यु हो चुकी है। हनुमान टेकड़ी का रेड लाइट एरिया एचआईवी संक्रमण का हॉटस्पॉट बन चुका है। स्थानीय नागरिकों और सामाजिक संगठनों का कहना है कि इस क्षेत्र में सरकारी हस्तक्षेप और जागरूकता अभियानों की सख्त जरूरत है। अगर समय रहते इस पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया, तो भिवंडी में यह समस्या विकराल रूप ले सकती है। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि एचआईवी नियंत्रण और जागरूकता के लिए तुरंत ठोस कदम उठाने होंगे।
