मुखबीर की सूचना पर जुआ खेलते हुए 15 अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार
Azamgarh: According to the police, on 29th November, SHO Shashi Mauli Pandey along with his team received information from an informer that some persons were playing gambling in a room of a house, on the basis of which the police reached the spot and arrested 15 accused from a house located on the east side of the paved road ahead of Mohalla Kot intersection at about 00.30 pm. Malfad worth Rs. 78700, Rs. 4400 during search, 2 packs of cards, 13 smart phones, 1 pad mobile were recovered from the possession of the arrested accused. On the basis of arrest and recovery, FIR No. 640/24 under section 3/4 of Public Gambling Act was registered at Kotwali police station. The police challaned the arrested accused under the relevant sections. The arrested accused are Rajendra Chaurasia alias Lalu Chaurasia resident of Kot police station Kotwali Azamgarh age 48 years, W alias Mukhtar Ahmed resident of Kot police station Kotwali Azamgarh age 48 years, Bajbahadur, Police Station Kotwali Azamgarh, age 22 years, Salman Ahmed son of Rukhsar Ahmed resident of Bajbahadur, Police Station Kotwali Azamgarh, age 32 years, Irshad Ahmed son of Abdul Moin Khan resident of Jalandhari, age 35 years, Samsuddin son of Israel resident of Jalandhari, age 24 years, Rashid Ahmed son of Wasim Ahmed resident of Jalandhari, age 25 years, Police Station Kotwali Azamgarh, Salman Qureshi son of Wasim Qureshi resident of Bajbahadur, age 20 years, Police Station Kotwali Azamgarh, Rahul Verma son of Ramchandra Verma resident of Khatritola, age 22 years, Police Station Kotwali Azamgarh, Chandan Madhesia son of Ramprasad resident of Kundigarh, age 26 years, Police Station Kotwali Azamgarh, Dilser son of Asraf resident of Jalandhari, age 55 years, Police Station Kotwali Azamgarh, Jafar Qureshi son of Jameel Qureshi resident of Bajbahadur, age 19 years, Police Station Kotwali Azamgarh, Mehtab son of Alamabadi resident of. Bajbahadur, police station Kotwali Azamgarh, Amber Kumar son of Vijay Kumar resident of Asifganj, police station Kotwali Azamgarh, age 21 years, Jisan Ahmed son of Rukhsar Ahmed resident of Bajbahadur, age 26 years, police station Kotwali Azamgarh, Abdul Hai son of Moinuddin resident of Bandighat Mohammadabad Gohna Mau, age 32 years have been reported.

आजमगढ़:पुलिस के अनुसार 29 नवंबर को प्र0नि0 शशि मौलि पाण्डेय मय हमराह को मुखबिर द्वारा एक मकान के कमरे में कुछ व्यक्तियों द्वारा जुआ खेलने की सूचना मिली जिसके आधार पर पुलिस द्वारा मौके पर पहुँचकर 15 अभियुक्तों को मुहल्ला कोट चौराहे से आगे पक्की सड़क से सटे पूरब की तरफ स्थित मकान से समय करीब 00.30 बजे गिरफ्तार किया गया। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों के कब्जे से 78700 रूपया मालफड़, 4400 रू. जामातलाशी, 2 तास की गड्डी, 13 अदद स्मार्ट फोन, 1 अदद पैड मोबाईल बरामद किया गया। गिरफ्तारी व बरामदगी के आधार पर थाना कोतवाली पर मु0अ0सं0 640/24 धारा 3/ 4 सार्वजनिक द्यूत अधिनियम पंजीकृत किया गया। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तों पुलिस ने संबंधित धारा मे चालान करदिया।
