आप नेता राघव चड्ढा ने दिल्ली में आपराधिक गतिविधियों को लेकर राज्यसभा में दिया स्थगन नोटिस

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha on Tuesday demanded a discussion in Rajya Sabha by giving an adjournment notice on the increasing criminal activities in the national capital Delhi. He says that at present criminal activities in Delhi have reached their peak. The morale of the criminals is high and the life of the common people of Delhi has become difficult. Let us tell you that the responsibility of law and order in Delhi is in the hands of the central government. In such a situation, by demanding a discussion on this subject, he is trying to corner the central government. On the other hand, the central government constantly claims that the law and order in Delhi is absolutely fine, but on the contrary, the Aam Aadmi Party calls these claims hollow. In such a situation, AAP leader Raghav Chadha has given an adjournment notice demanding a discussion on the law and order situation in Delhi. He said in his notice, "Under Rule 267 (Notice of Motion for Suspension of Rules) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Rajya Sabha (Rajya Sabha), I give notice of my intention to move the motion." It is noteworthy that earlier Raghav Chadha has given an adjournment notice in the Rajya Sabha to demand a discussion on the attack on the Hindu community by fundamentalist groups in Bangladesh. Raghav Chadha had said in the notice of the motion, "Under Rule 267 (Notice of Motion for Suspension of Rules) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Rajya Sabha, I give notice of my intention to move the motion." He had said, "This House suspends the relevant rules relating to Zero Hour and Question Hour and other business listed for the day to discuss the atrocities being committed on Hindus in Bangladesh and the arrest of three ISKCON priests including Chinmoy Krishna Das. Apart from this, I demand that this House collectively suspend the relevant rules relating to ISKCON Discuss and condemn the detention of priest Chinmoy Krishna Das."
नई दिल्ली। आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के नेता और राज्यसभा सांसद राघव चड्ढा ने मंगलवार को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी दिल्ली में बढ़ती आपराधिक गतिविधियों पर राज्यसभा में स्थगन नोटिस देकर चर्चा की मांग की है।उनका कहना है कि मौजूदा समय में दिल्ली में आपराधिक गतिविधियां अपने चरम पर पहुंच चुकी है। अपराधियों के हौसले बुलंद हैं और दिल्ली के आम लोगों का जीना दूभर हो चुका है।बता दें कि दिल्ली में कानून व्यवस्था की जिम्मेदारी केंद्र सरकार के हाथों में है। ऐसी स्थिति में इस विषय पर चर्चा की मांग करके वो केंद्र सरकार को घेरने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।उधर, केंद्र सरकार लगातार यह दावा करती है कि दिल्ली में कानून-व्यवस्था बिल्कुल ठीक है, लेकिन इसके विपरीत आम आदमी पार्टी इन दावों को खोखला बताती है। ऐसे में आप नेता राघव चड्डा ने स्थगन नोटिस देकर दिल्ली की कानून-व्यवस्था पर चर्चा की मांग की है।उन्होंने अपने नोटिस में कहा, “राज्य सभा (राज्य सभा) में प्रक्रिया और कार्य संचालन के नियमों के नियम 267 (नियमों के निलंबन के प्रस्ताव की सूचना) के तहत, मैं प्रस्ताव पेश करने की सूचना देता हूं।”,उल्लेखनीय है कि इससे पहले राघव चड्डा ने बांग्लादेश में कट्टरपंथी समूहों द्वारा हिंदू समुदाय पर हो रहे हमले पर चर्चा की मांग के लिए राज्यसभा में स्थगन नोटिस दिया है।राघव चड्ढा ने प्रस्ताव के नोटिस में कहा था, “राज्यसभा में प्रक्रिया और कार्य संचालन नियमों के नियम 267 (नियमों के स्थगन के लिए प्रस्ताव की सूचना) के तहत, मैं प्रस्ताव पेश करने के अपने इरादे की सूचना देता हूं।”,उन्होंने कहा था, “यह सदन बांग्लादेश में हिंदुओं पर हो रहे अत्याचारों और चिन्मय कृष्ण दास सहित तीन इस्कॉन पुजारियों की गिरफ्तारी पर चर्चा करने के लिए शून्यकाल और प्रश्नकाल तथा दिन के लिए सूचीबद्ध अन्य कार्यों से संबंधित प्रासंगिक नियमों को निलंबित करे। इसके अलावा, मैं मांग करता हूं कि यह सदन सामूहिक रूप से इस्कॉन पुरोहित चिन्मय कृष्ण दास की हिरासत पर चर्चा करें और उसकी निंदा करे।”
