अवैध बैनर पोस्टर पर भिवंडी मनपा की कानुनी कार्यवाई
Bhiwandi - The Municipal Corporation has started taking legal action against illegal banners and posters installed in the Bhiwandi city Nizampur Municipal Corporation area. The Municipal Corporation has started a vigorous campaign for this. A case has been registered in different police stations against 15 people who installed banners without permission at places like electric poles and transformers in the city. This action of the Municipal Corporation has created panic among those who installed illegal banners and posters. Bhiwandi Municipal Corporation Administrator Commissioner Ajay Vaidya called a meeting of all the officials on Monday and directed them to take action against illegal constructions going on in the city and illegal banners and posters. Assistant Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Division Committee 5, Balaram Jadhav, Beat Inspector Arvind Ghugre and the encroachment department together have registered a case in Nizampura Police Station against a total of 12 different illegal banners installed without permission like "Dr. Phalke Goat Farm" (bakery and milk) in Qureshi Nagar, Bombay Sweets (opening ceremony) in Gokul Nagar, Tolent Computers (Jeevan Pramaantra) at Vanjar Patti Naka, Gurukul Science Classes in front of Najrana Talkies, "Mohabbat Ka Sharbat" in front of Kottargate Mosque, V.M. Tutorials in front of Markandiya Temple at Kasar Ali, Al Hidaya Institute near Patel Mosque, Seemana Service Center on Vanjar Patti Naka Road at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk, Educational Society (fun fair) under the bridge at ST Stand, Wheat Pro (rabies vaccination camp), Dr. Phalke (hop hospital), and Noori Kabab at Vanjar Patti Naka. Similarly, Assistant Commissioner of Division Committee 4, Sunil Bhoir, has lodged a case in Narpoli Police Station against illegal banners put up on the road wall and transformer near Lakshmi Bhoir Compound 72 Gale in Narpoli and on electric poles in front of Oswal Wadi and Anjur Phata Kharbao Road within the limits of his area. In all these cases, the concerned police station has registered a case against those who put up illegal banners under Section 244, 245, 246A of Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act 1951, Section 2 and 3 of M.M.V. Prohibition Act 1995, Section 33 (1) DB of Mumbai Police Act. This action by the Municipal Corporation has created panic among those who put up illegal banners and posters in the city.

भिवंडी – भिवंडी शहर निजामपुर महानगरपालिका क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत लगाये गये अवैध बैनर पोस्टर के खिलाफ मनपा द्वारा कानूनी कार्रवाई करनी शुरु की गई है। जिसको लेकर मनपा ने जोरदार अभियान शुरू कर दिया है। शहर में इलेक्ट्रिक पोल व ट्रांफरम जैसी जगहों पर बिना परमिशन बैनर लगाने वाले कुल १५ लोगों के खिलाफ अलग – अलग पुलिस स्टेशनों में मामला दर्ज किया गया है। मनपा के ईस कार्यवाई से अवैध बैनर पोस्टर लगाने वालों में हड़कंप मच गया है।भिवंडी मनपा प्रशासक आयुक्त अजय वैद्य ने सोमवार को सभी अधिकारियों की एक बैठक बुलाकर उन्हें शहर में चल रहे अवैध निर्माणों पर एवं अवैध बैनर पोस्टर के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश जारी किया है। मनपा प्रभाग समिति ५ के सहायक आयुक्त बालाराम जाधव बीट निरीक्षक अरविंद घुगरे तथा अतिक्रमण विभाग ने मिलकर कुरैशी नगर में बिना परमिशन “डॉ. फालके गोट फॉर्म” (बैकरी व दूध), गोकुल नगर में बॉम्बे स्वीट्स (ओपनिंग सेरेमनी), वंजार पट्टी नाका स्थित टॉलेंट कंप्यूटर्स (जीवन प्रमाणपत्र), नझराना टॉकीज के सामने गुरुकुल सायंस क्लासेस, कोटरगेट मस्जिद के सामने “मोहब्बत का शरबत”, कासर अली स्थित मार्केडिय मंदिर के सामने व्ही. एम ट्यूटोरियल्स, पटेल मस्जिद के पास अल हिदाया इंस्टीट्यूट, छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज चौक स्थित वन्जार पट्टी नाका रोड पर सीमना सर्विस सेंटर, एसटी स्टैंड स्थित ब्रिज के नीचे एजुकेशनल सोसायटी (फन फेयर), वंजार पट्टी नाका पर व्हेट प्रो. (रेबीज वैक्सीनेशन कैप), व डॉ. फालके (हॉप हॉस्पिटल), और नूरी कबाब जैसे लगाए गए कुल १२ विभिन्न अवैध बैनरों के खिलाफ निजामपुरा पुलिस स्टेशन में मामला दर्ज करवाया है। इसी तरह प्रभाग समिति ४ के सहायक आयुक्त सुनिल भोईर ने अपने क्षेत्र की सीमा में नारपोली स्थित लक्ष्मी भोईर कंपाउंड ७२ गाले के पास रस्ते की दीवार व ट्रांसफार्म तथा ओसवाल वाड़ी के सामने और अंजूर फाटा खांरबाव रोड पर इलेक्ट्रिक पोल पर लगे अवैध बैनरों के खिलाफ नारपोली पुलिस स्टेशन में मामला दर्ज कराया है। इन सभी मामलों में संबधित पुलिस स्टेशन ने अवैध बैनर लगाने वालों के खिलाफ महाराष्ट्र महानगर पालिका अधिनियम १९५१ की कलम २४४, २४५, २४६ए, म.म.वी. प्रतिबंध अधिनियम १९९५ की कलम २ व ३, मुंबई पुलिस एक्ट की धारा ३३(१) डीबी के तहत मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। मनपा द्वारा हुई इस कार्रवाई से शहर में अवैध बैनर पोस्टर लगाने वालों में हड़कंप मच गया है।
