महापंचायत के लिए जुटने लगे किसान लग गया है टेंट, सुरक्षा चाक चौबंद

ग्रेटर नोएडा:ग्रेटर नोएडा में होने वाली महापंचायत के लिए किसानों का जमावड़ा शुरू हो चुका है। विरोध प्रदर्शन स्थल पर टेंट लगाकर तैयारी पूरी कर ली गई है। नोएडा में किसानों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद भारतीय किसान यूनियन ने महापंचायत बुलाई थी।ये महापंचायत ग्रेटर नोएडा के जीरो पॉइंट पर होगी। महापंचायत में पांच मंडल सहारनपुर, मेरठ, अलीगढ़, मुरादाबाद , आगरा के हजारों की संख्या में किसान शामिल होंगे। मुजफ्फरनगर के सिसौली गांव में हुई पंचायत में इसका निर्णय भाकियू के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष नरेश टिकैत ने लिया।इसके बाद राकेश टिकैत ने नोएडा के किसानों के संगठनों से फोन पर बातचीत की। बताया गया कि किसान यमुना एक्सप्रेस वे से होते हुए ग्रेटर नोएडा आएंगे। दरअसल मांगों को लेकर संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के 10 संगठनों ने दिल्ली कूच का ऐलान किया था।सोमवार को बड़ी संख्या में किसानों ने दिल्ली कूच की शुरुआत की। शाम को प्राधिकरण अधिकारियों के आश्वासन के बाद किसानों ने 7 दिन का समय दिया और नोएडा के राष्ट्रीय दलित प्रेरणा स्थल पर आंदोलन को शिफ्ट कर दिया। मंगलवार को नाटकीय ढंग से पुलिस ने दलित प्रेरणा स्थल आने वाले किसानों को रोक दिया साथ ही कई किसानों को थानों में बंद किया तो कुछ को हाउस अरेस्ट किया।इसके बाद भारी पुलिस बल की मौजूदगी में किसानों को राष्ट्रीय दलित प्रेरणा स्थल से गिरफ्तार किया गया। इस दौरान किसानों को बसों में भरकर पहले पुलिस लाइन फिर लुक्सर जेल भेज दिया गया।Greater Noida: Farmers have started gathering for the Mahapanchayat to be held in Greater Noida. This decision was taken by BKU National President Naresh Tikait in the panchayat held in Sisauli village of Muzaffarnagar. After this, Rakesh Tikait talked to the farmers’ organizations of Noida over the phone. It was told that the farmers will come to Greater Noida via Yamuna Expressway. In fact, 10 organizations of the United Kisan Morcha had announced a march to Delhi regarding their demands. On Monday, a large number of farmers started the march to Delhi. After the assurance of the authority officials in the evening, the farmers gave 7 days’ time and shifted the movement to the National Dalit Prerna Sthal in Noida. On Tuesday, the police dramatically stopped the farmers coming to Dalit Prerna Sthal and many farmers were locked up in police stations and some were put under house arrest. After this, the farmers were arrested from Rashtriya Dalit Prerna Sthal in the presence of a heavy police force. During this, the farmers were loaded into buses and sent first to the police line and then to Luxor jail.बता दें जिस समय किसानों को राष्ट्रीय दलित प्रेरणा स्थल से गिरफ्तार किया। उनकी संख्या 200 के आसपास थी। फिलहाल इसकी आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं की गई है। इसमें कई महिलाएं भी शामिल हैं।सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो वायरल होने के साथ ही पश्चिमी उप्र के प्रमुख किसान संगठन भारतीय किसान यूनियन ने मुजफ्फरनगर के सिसौली में पंचायत बुलाई। शाम चार बजे पंचायत में महापंचायत कर निर्णय लिया गया।नरेश टिकैत ने कहा कि पांच मंडल के किसान ग्रेटर नोएडा के जीरो पॉइंट पर सुबह 10 से 11 के बीच एकत्रित होंगे। इसके बाद वहां महापंचायत की जाएगी। इसके अलावा किसान थानों में जाकर शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से प्रदर्शन करेंगे।इस दौरान राकेश टिकैत ट्रैक्टर और ट्राली से जरिए ग्रेटर नोएडा पहुंचेंगे। वहां नोएडा के किसानों की मांगों पर चर्चा की जाएगी।इसके साथ ही पुलिस के अधिकारियों और प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों से बातचीत की जाएगी।भाकियू की मांग है कि किसानों को जमीन अधिग्रहण के बदले 10 प्रतिशत जमीन दी जाए, 64.7 प्रतिशत की दर से मुआवजा दिया जाए नया कानून यानि सर्किल रेट का चार गुना मुआवजा और 20 प्रतिशत लैंड दी जाए। भूमिधर, भूमिहीन किसानों के बच्चों को रोजगार और पुनर्वास के सभी फायदे भी दिए जाएं।Let us tell you that at the time when the farmers were arrested from Rashtriya Dalit Prerna Sthal, their number was around 200. All the benefits of employment and rehabilitation should also be given to the children of landowners and landless farmers.
