गाजीपुर 25हजार का इनामिया अपराधी पुलिस मुठभेड़ में घायल 

गाजीपुर। थाना सैदपुर व थाना खानपुर की संयुक्त पुलिस टीम द्वारा 25000/- रुपये का इनामिया /वांछित बदमाश पुलिस मुठभेड़ में घायल/गिरफ्तार हुआ है जिसके कब्जे से एक अवैध तमंचा .315 व दो खोखा कारतूस .315 बोर व एक मोटरसाइकिल बिना नंबर प्लेट बरामद किया गया।बताते चलें कि अपराध एवं अपराधियो के विरूध्द चलाये जा रहे अभियान के तहत दौरान ए रात्रि गश्त थाना प्रभारी खानपुर व प्रभारी निरीक्षक सैदपुर मय टीम जोगीपुर तिराहे पर मौजूद थे कि जरिए मुखबिर खास से सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि एक वांछित अपराधी जो पूर्व में कई घटनाएं कर चुका है ग्राम डहरा कला की तरफ से भीमापार की तरफ अपने दोस्त से मिलने बिना न प्लेट की मोटरसाइकिल से जाएगा मुखबिर खास की सूचना को सही मानते हुए मय टीम मसूदा मोड पर पहुंचे ही थे कि सामने से एक संदिग्ध व्यक्ति मोटरसाइकिल पर आता हुआ दिखाई दिया व पुलिस की गाड़ी देखकर वापस मोड़ कर भागने का प्रयास करने लगा जिससे उसकी मोटरसाइकिल अनियंत्रित होकर वहीं गिर गई व दौड़कर ग्राम मसूदपुर पिच रोड पर झाड़ियों की तरफ भागने लगा पुलिस टीम द्वारा जब रुकने को बोला गया तो मौजूद झाड़ियों की आड़ लेकर पुलिस टीम पर जान से मारने की नियत से, निशाना लगाकर फायर करने लगा, पुलिस टीम द्वारा आत्मराक्षार्थ में संतुलित फायरिंग की गयी तो उसके बाये पैर में गोली लगने से वह घायल हो गया । जिसे तत्काल मानवीय दृष्टिकोण अपनाते हुए जिला सीएचसी सैदपुर गाजीपुर उपचार हेतु सेकंड मोबाइल से भेजा गया । उक्त पुलिस मुठभेड़ एवं बरामदगी के संबंध में अभियोग पंजीकृत कर वैधानिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है ।पुलिस पूछताछ में घायल व्यक्ति/अभियुक्त अमन यादव उर्फ हर्ष नारायण यादव पुत्र सुरेश यादव ग्राम सरायसदकर थाना शादियाबाद जनपद गाज़ीपुर द्वारा बताया गया कि मै थाना सैदपुर गाजीपुर से मुकदमे में वांछित चल रहा हूँ जब आप लोगों ने मुझे रोका तो पकड़े जाने के डर से भागने लगा और पकड़ा न जाऊ इसलिए मैं पुलिस पर फायरिंग करने लगा मुझसे गलती हो गयी है मुझे माफ़ कर दीजिए।Ghazipur. A wanted criminal with a bounty of Rs. 25000/- has been injured/arrested in a police encounter by a joint police team of Thana Saidpur and Thana Khanpur. An illegal pistol .315 and two empty cartridges of .315 bore and a motorcycle without a number plate were recovered from his possession. Let us tell you that during the night patrolling under the campaign being run against crime and criminals, the station in-charge Khanpur and the in-charge inspector Saidpur along with the team were present at Jogipur intersection when they received information from a special informer that a wanted criminal who has committed many crimes in the past will go from village Dahra Kala towards Bhimapar on a motorcycle without a plate to meet his friend. Believing the information of the special informer to be correct, the team along with the team had just reached Masuda mode when a suspicious person was seen coming from the front on a motorcycle and on seeing the police vehicle, he tried to turn back and run away, due to which his motorcycle went out of control and fell there and he started running towards the bushes on the Masoodpur pitch road. When the police team asked him to stop, he took cover behind the bushes and started firing at the police team with the intention of killing them. The police team fired balanced fire in self-defense, and he got injured when a bullet hit his left leg. Adopting a humanitarian approach, he was immediately sent to the district CHC Saidpur Ghazipur for treatment through a second mobile. In connection with the above police encounter and recovery, a case has been registered and legal action is being taken. During police interrogation, the injured person/accused Aman Yadav alias Harsh Narayan Yadav son of Suresh Yadav, village Saraisadakar, police station Shadiabad, district Ghazipur told that I am wanted in a case from Police Station Saidpur, Ghazipur. When you people stopped me, I started running for the fear of getting caught and in order to avoid getting caught, I started firing at the police. I have committed a mistake, please forgive me.
