झारखंड के शहरी क्षेत्र में भवनों को रेगुलराइज करना उनकी पहली प्राथमिकता :मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार

Ranchi: Jharkhand Urban Development and Housing Minister Sudivya Kumar has said that regularization of buildings in the state’s urban areas will be his priority as a divisional minister. He said that the responsibility of providing clean drinking water in cities is also the responsibility of Urban Development Department. Necessary steps will be taken in this direction by reviewing the availability and supply status of drinking water in each city.
On Friday, Minister Sudivya Kumar, who reached the Department of Urban Development and Housing for the first time after the allocation of the Ministry, was welcomed by the Principal Secretary of the Department, Sunil Kumar. On this occasion, the minister enumerated his priorities. He said that special emphasis will be given on repairing the sewerage system for cleanliness and environmental protection in the cities. The position of urban bodies will be strengthened by developing their resources and infrastructure. Information about ongoing schemes related to urban development, beautification of cities and basic amenities will be taken from the departmental officials soon. It was prepared in January last year. It has proposed that a fine will be levied for regularizing construction without an approved map. A concession slab has been prepared for the fine, so that more and more people can benefit from it. The committee which prepared the final draft had studied the models of Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana. Earlier, suggestions and feedback were also sought from the general public to make this proposed scheme more effective and simple. It is believed that now the new government will finalize this policy soon.

रांची: झारखंड के नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग के मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने कहा है कि विभागीय मंत्री के तौर पर राज्य के शहरी क्षेत्रों में भवनों को रेगुलराइज करना उनकी प्राथमिकता होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि शहरों में शुद्ध पेय जल उपलब्ध कराने की जिम्मेदारी भी नगर विकास विभाग की है। प्रत्येक शहर में पेय जल की उपलब्धता और आपूर्ति की स्थिति की समीक्षा कर इस दिशा में आवश्यक कदम उठाए जाएंगे।
शुक्रवार को मंत्रालय के आवंटन के बाद पहली बार नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग पहुंचे मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार का विभाग के प्रधान सचिव सुनील कुमार ने स्वागत किया। इस अवसर पर मंत्री ने अपनी प्राथमिकताएं गिनाईं।उन्होंने कहा कि शहरों में स्वच्छता एवं पर्यावरण की सुरक्षा के लिए सीवरेज सिस्टम को दुरुस्त करने पर विशेष बल दिया जाएगा। नगर निकायों के संसाधनों और आधारभूत संरचना को विकसित कर उनकी स्थिति सुदृढ़ की जाएगी। जल्द ही नगरों के विकास, शहरों के सौंदर्यीकरण और प्राथमिक सुविधाओं से संबंधित चालू योजनाओं की जानकारी विभागीय अधिकारियों से ली जाएगी।उल्लेखनीय है कि झारखंड सरकार ने शहरी क्षेत्रों में बिना वैध नक्शा के बनाए गए लगभग सात लाख मकानों को रेगुलराइज करने का फाइनल मसौदा इस साल जनवरी में ही तैयार कर लिया था। इसमें प्रस्ताव किया गया है कि स्वीकृत नक्शे के बगैर किए निर्माण को रेगुलराइज करने के लिए फाइन वसूला जाएगा। फाइन के लिए रियायती स्लैब तैयार किया गया है, ताकि ज्यादा से ज्यादा लोग इसका लाभ उठा सकें।फाइनल मसौदा तैयार करने वाली समिति ने ओडिशा, मध्य प्रदेश और तेलंगाना के मॉडलों का अध्ययन किया था। इसके पहले आम लोगों से भी इस प्रस्तावित योजना को अधिक प्रभावी और सरल बनाने के लिए सुझाव और फीडबैक मांगे गए थे। माना जा रहा है कि अब नई सरकार इस पॉलिसी को जल्द ही अंतिम रूप दे देगी।
