In Dayalpur village of Gambhirpur police station area of Azamgarh district on Friday two Pattidars had a fierce fight over a land dispute in which Ankit Mishra's son Surendra Mishra from one party was injured. According to information Surendra Mishra and Sanjay in Dayalpur of Gambhirpur police station area A land dispute has been going on in Mishra for quite some time and the matter is under consideration in the court and the said land has also been stayed by the court. On Friday, Sanjay Mishra and his son Ramanuj Mishra went to the said land and started plowing, which Ankit Mishra and Surendra Mishra started to oppose. The people of Sanjay Mishra's family got angry and beat Surendra Mishra and Ankit Mishra with sticks. Gambhirpur police has registered a case against five people including Sanjay Mishra, Ramanuj Mishra, Janaki Mishra and started investigation on the Tahrir of Ankit Mishra's son Surendra Mishra.

आजमगढ़ जिला के गंभीरपुर थाना क्षेत्र के दयालपुर गांव मे शुक्रवार को जमीन के विवाद को लेकर दो पट्टीदारों में जमकर मारपीट हो गई जिसमें एक पक्ष से अंकित मिश्रा पुत्र सुरेंद्र मिश्रा घायल हो गए।जानकारी के मुताबिक गंभीरपुर थाना क्षेत्र के दयालपुर में सुरेंद्र मिश्रा व संजय मिश्रा में काफी समय से जमीन का विवाद चल रहा है और मामला न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है न्यायालय द्वारा उक्त जमीन पर स्टे भी है।
शुक्रवार को संजय मिश्रा व उनके पुत्र रामानुज मिश्रा उक्त जमीन पर जाकर जुताई करने लगे जिसका विरोध अंकित मिश्रा व सुरेंद्र मिश्रा करने लगे इस बात से नाराज होकर संजय मिश्रा के परिवार के लोगों ने सुरेंद्र मिश्रा व अंकित मिश्रा के ऊपर लाठी डंडे से मारपीट दिया। अंकित मिश्रा पुत्र सुरेंद्र मिश्रा की तहरीर पर गंभीरपुर पुलिस ने संजय मिश्रा, रामानुज मिश्रा, जानकी मिश्रा समेत पांच लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच में जुट गई है।
