He said that he took 90 thousand rupees in his account opened in Phulpur bank branch. It is alleged that the visa was not given to him yet and the money was not returned. It is said that the visa processing office on behalf of Mohammad Ishtiaq was opened in a room named Best Tour and Travels near Overbridge in Sidhari police station area, Dugdugawa, which is now closed.
