Gorakhpur news: तीन साल की मासूम से 10 साल के चचेरे मामा ने की दरिंदगी

उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद गोरखपुर के जगतबेला क्षेत्र के एक गांव में तीन साल की बच्ची से दुष्कर्म का मामला सामने आया है। आरोपी की उम्र महज 10 साल है और रिश्ते में बच्ची का चचेरा मामा लगता है। आरोप है कि बुधवार को बच्ची से दुष्कर्म किया गया।पहले तो गांव में दो दिन तक पंचायत चली। फिर शुक्रवार को पीड़िता की मां ने चिलुआताल थाने में केस दर्ज कराया। पुलिस आरोपी को थाने लाई तो वह रोने लगा। शुरुआती जांच में आपसी रंजिश सामने आ रही है। फिलहाल, पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है।जानकारी के मुताबिक, पीड़ित के पिता की मौत हो चुकी है। इस वजह से उसकी मां मायके में रहती है। आरोप है कि चचेरे भाई के 10 साल के बेटे ने बुधवार की रात में बच्ची को अकेला पाकर दुष्कर्म किया। बच्ची के शोर मचाने पर गई तो वह बच्ची के साथ हैवानियत कर रहा था। लेकिन, इसके बाद मामला घरवालों के संज्ञान में आया तो दबाने की कोशिश की गई।गांव में पंचायत के बाद मामला शांत हो गया था, लेकिन शुक्रवार की शाम बच्ची की मां ने डायल 112 पर दुष्कर्म की सूचना दी। सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस पहुंच गई। पीड़िता का मेडिकल कराया गया है, उसमें कुछ पुष्टि नहीं हुई है। पुलिस तहरीर के आधार पर केस दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है। पीड़िता की मां ने आरोपी की उम्र को 12 साल बताया है। पुलिस उम्र का भी सत्यापन कर रही है।तहरीर के आधार पर केस दर्ज किया गया है। आरोपी बच्चा है। मेडिकल कराया गया है। शुरुआती जांच में मामला संदिग्ध लग रहा है। जांच व मेडिकल रिपोर्ट के आधार पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी।- मनोज अवस्थी, एसपी नार्थ
