फेरीवाले की मौत,आयुक्त और अधिकारी कटघरे कार्यवाई या बचाव ?
Bhiwandi - Akbar Bazir Syed, a hawker of clothes, died tragically when a trolley of a building under construction in Bhiwandi fell down. Taking seriously the illegal construction being done by the builder and the negligence and carelessness of the Municipal Corporation officials, the Human Rights Commission has taken a tough stand and sought answers from Municipal Commissioner Ajay Vaidya and Control Officer Sudam Jadhav. The suspension of the Commissioner and the officials is considered certain in this case. On the basis of the information received, on October 21, the construction of an illegal three-storey building was going on in Shastri Nagar area of Bhiwandi. At the same time, Akbar Syed, who was supporting his family by hawking, died due to the collapse of the trolley. The Commission has termed this accident as the negligence of the Municipal Corporation administration. In the suo moto petition (KKT/Suo Moto No-5996/13/30/2024), the Commission clearly stated, "This is a case of promoting illegal construction with the connivance of officials and neglecting their duties. Complainant Parmeshwar Sampatrao Ambhore has written a letter to the Additional Chief Secretary of the state and made serious allegations against Commissioner Ajay Vaidya and Sudam Jadhav. He said, "With the connivance of these officials, a network of illegal constructions has spread in Bhiwandi. In the last two years, 385 illegal buildings were erected, but no action was taken. Local citizens and social activists have alleged that the administration is deliberately protecting illegal buildings. Illegal construction work is still going on openly in many areas. This is not just a case of death, but points to the deep swamp of corruption in Bhiwandi. After this incident, the anger of the city dwellers has erupted. The local people have warned that if action is not taken against the guilty officials, they will agitate on a large scale. A social worker said, "This is not just a case of Akbar's death. This is a murder played out on the streets of Bhiwandi through corruption and dishonesty. Despite the order of the Human Rights Commission, the silence of the administration is questionable. The code of conduct has ended, but no action has been taken against the culprits till now. Will the commissioner and officers come under the clutches of law, or will this case also be buried in files?

भिवंडी – भिवंडी में निर्माणाधीन इमारत की ट्रॉली गिरजाने से एक फेरी कर के कपडा़ बेचने वाले व्यक्ति अकबर बजीर सैय्यद की दर्दनाक मौत हो गई। भवन निर्माता व्दारा किया जा रहा अवैध्य भवन निर्माण तथा मनपा अधिकारियों के नजर अंदाज और लापरवाही को गंम्भीरता से लेते हुए मानवाधिकार आयोग ने अपना कड़ा रुख अपनाते हुए मनपा आयुक्त अजय वैद्य और नियंत्रण अधिकारी सुदाम जाधव से जवाब मा़गा है। इस मामले मे़ आयुक्त और अधिकारियों का निलंबन होना तय माना जा रहा है।मिली जानकारी के आधार। पर २१ अक्टूबर के दिन भिवंडी के शास्त्री नगर इलाके में अवैध तीन मंजिला निर्माणाधीन इमारत का कार्य जारी था । उसी समय ट्रॉली गिरने से फेरी करके अपने परिवार का पालन पोषण करने वाले अकबर सैय्यद की जान चली गई। इस हादसे को आयोग ने मनपा प्रशासन की लापरवाही बताया है। सुमोटो याचिका (KKT/Suo Moto No-5996/13/30/2024) में आयोग ने साफ तौर पर कहा, “यह मामला अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से अवैध निर्माण को बढ़ावा देने और अपने कर्तव्यों की अनदेखी का है।
शिकायतकर्ता परमेश्वर संपतराव अंभोरे ने राज्य के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव को पत्र लिखकर आयुक्त अजय वैद्य और सुदाम जाधव पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। उन्होंने कहा, “इन अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से भिवंडी में अवैध निर्माणों का जाल फैला हुआ है। पिछले दो वर्षों में 385 अवैध इमारतें खड़ी कर दी गईं, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। स्थानीय नागरिकों और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं ने आरोप लगाया है कि प्रशासन जानबूझकर अवैध इमारतों को संरक्षण दे रहा है। कई इलाकों में अब भी अवैध निर्माणों का कार्य खुलेआम चल रहा है। यह मामला केवल एक मौत का नहीं है, बल्कि भिवंडी में भ्रष्टाचार के गहरे दलदल की ओर इशारा करता है। इस घटना के बाद शहरवासियों का गुस्सा फूट पड़ा है। स्थानीय लोगों ने चेतावनी दी है कि यदि दोषी अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, तो वे बड़े पैमाने पर आंदोलन करेंगे। एक सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता ने कहा, “यह केवल अकबर की मौत का मामला नहीं है। यह भ्रष्टाचार और बेईमानी से भिवंडी की सड़कों पर खेली गई हत्या है।मानवाधिकार आयोग के आदेश के बावजूद प्रशासन की चुप्पी सवालों के घेरे में है। आचार संहिता समाप्त हो चुकी है, लेकिन अब तक दोषियों पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। क्या आयुक्त और अधिकारी कानून के शिकंजे में आएंगे, या फिर यह मामला भी फाइलों में दफन हो जाएगा ?
विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि यदि इस बार कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, तो भिवंडी अवैध इमारतों और भ्रष्टाचार का अड्डा बन जाएगा। प्रशासन पर जनता का दबाव लगातार बढ़ रहा है, और अब यह मामला सरकार और न्यायपालिका की साख पर भी सवाल खड़ा करता है। शहर के लोग यह पूछ रहे हैं कि क्या अकबर सैय्यद को इंसाफ मिलेगा, या उनकी मौत केवल आंकड़ों का हिस्सा बनकर रह जाएगी ? प्रशासन के लिए यह एक आखिरी मौका है—या तो कार्रवाई करें, या भिवंडी में जनता का गुस्सा एक नई क्रांति की नींव रख देगा।
