Due to love affair, a woman had to become a victim of cruelty of her own husband. The husband, angry with his wife’s illicit relationship, bit her nose with his teeth. According to the information, Ramkhelavan, a resident of the village, his wife Pooja Devi was having an affair with a youth named Sushil Kumar of the same village for the last 10 months. Husband Ramkhelavan was against this relationship and had explained it to his wife many times. On Wednesday morning, Pooja Devi reached her lover’s house to meet him. When Ramkhelavan got the news of this, he also reached Sushil Kumar’s house. There he explained a lot to his wife and asked her to go home, but when his wife refused, the husband lost his temper and in anger he bit his wife’s nose with his teeth. After the incident, the woman’s lover Sushil Kumar reached the police station with the cut nose in a box and lodged a complaint about the entire matter. The police acted swiftly and arrested the accused Ramkhelavan. The seriously injured Pooja Devi has been referred to Lucknow Medical College for treatment. The police say that strict legal action will be taken against the accused considering the seriousness of the case. This incident has created a sensation in the village, and people are strongly condemning this inhuman act.

हरदोई (उत्तर प्रदेश): जिले के हरियावा थाना क्षेत्र स्थित देवरिया प्रसिद्ध नगर गांव में एक दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है। प्रेम संबंधों के चलते एक महिला को अपने ही पति की क्रूरता का शिकार होना पड़ा। पत्नी के अवैध संबंधों से नाराज पति ने गुस्से में आकर उसकी नाक को दांतों से काट डाला।जानकारी के अनुसार, गांव निवासी रामखेलावन की पत्नी पूजा देवी का पिछले 10 महीनों से गांव के ही सुशील कुमार नामक युवक से प्रेम प्रसंग चल रहा था। पति रामखेलावन इस रिश्ते का विरोध करता था और पत्नी को कई बार समझा चुका था। बुधवार सुबह पूजा देवी अपने प्रेमी से मिलने उसके घर पहुंच गई।जब रामखेलावन को इस बात की भनक लगी तो वह भी सुशील कुमार के घर जा पहुंचा। वहां उसने पत्नी को काफी समझाया और घर चलने के लिए कहा, लेकिन पत्नी के इनकार करने पर पति आपा खो बैठा और उसने गुस्से में आकर अपनी पत्नी की नाक को दांतों से काट डाला।घटना के बाद महिला का प्रेमी सुशील कुमार, कटी हुई नाक को एक डिब्बी में लेकर थाने पहुंचा और पूरे मामले की शिकायत दर्ज कराई। पुलिस ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए आरोपी रामखेलावन को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। वहीं, गंभीर रूप से घायल पूजा देवी को इलाज के लिए लखनऊ मेडिकल कॉलेज रेफर किया गया है।पुलिस का कहना है कि मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए आरोपित के खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस घटना से गांव में सनसनी फैल गई है, और लोग इस अमानवीय कृत्य की कड़ी निंदा कर रहे हैं।
