मीरापुर विधानसभा उपचुनाव: मतगणना की तैयारियां पूरी, त्रिस्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था
Muzaffarnagar: The counting of votes for the by-elections in Mirapur assembly seat located in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh has started. Special precautions are being taken regarding the security arrangements, so that there is no disturbance in the counting process. A three-layer security arrangement has been made outside the counting center. So that no anti-social elements are allowed to come near the polling station. Along with this, the administrative authorities have made tight security arrangements inside the counting center as well. The counting of votes will take place in a total of 32 rounds. Postal ballots will be counted in the first round. Election Commission officials said that all the necessary arrangements for the counting process have been completed and there is no possibility of any kind of problem. are happening The administration has issued strict instructions to prevent any kind of large crowd from gathering near the polling station. According to Chief Electoral Officer of Uttar Pradesh Navdeep Rinwa, the results of the by-elections in all the 9 seats of UP will be released today. Nine observers have been deployed by the Election Commission of India for the counting of votes. He said that all counting and sealing of votes took place under CCTV surveillance. A total of 90 candidates are in the fray in Vidhan Sabha by-election 2024. Adequate central paramilitary forces have also been deployed for the smooth completion of the counting of votes. A three-tier security system has been put in place for the security of the polling place. The first level of security is at a radius of 100 meters from the polling station, where regional police forces are deployed. The second level of security is at the gate of the polling station, where state police forces are deployed. मुजफ्फरनगर:। उत्तर प्रदेश के मुजफ्फरनगर जिला स्थित मीरापुर विधानसभा सीट पर हुए उपचुनाव की मतगणना शुरू हो गई है। सुरक्षा-व्यवस्था को लेकर खास एहतियात बरती जा रही है, ताकि मतगणना प्रक्रिया में किसी प्रकार की कोई गड़बड़ी न हो।मतगणना केंद्र के बाहर तीन लेयर की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की गई है। ताकि, किसी भी असामाजिक तत्व को मतगणना स्थल के पास न आने दिया जाए। साथ ही, प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने मतगणना केंद्र के अंदर भी सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किए हैं।मतगणना कुल 32 राउंड में होगी। पहले राउंड में पोस्टल बैलेट की गिनती की जाएगी। चुनाव आयोग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि मतगणना की प्रक्रिया को लेकर सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थाएं पूरी कर ली गई हैं और किसी भी प्रकार की कोई दिक्कत आने की संभावना नहीं है।मतगणना के दौरान राजनीतिक दलों के मतगणना एजेंट भी अपनी-अपनी पार्टियों की ओर से उपस्थित हो रहे हैं। मतगणना स्थल के पास किसी भी प्रकार की बड़ी भीड़ को इकट्ठा होने से रोकने के लिए प्रशासन ने सख्त निर्देश जारी किए हैं।उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी नवदीप रिणवा के अनुसार यूपी की सभी 9 सीटों पर हुए उपचुनाव के परिणाम आज जारी होंगे। भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा मतगणना हेतु नौ प्रेक्षक तैनात किये गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि समस्त मतगणना और सीलिंग सीसीटीवी की निगरानी में हुई है। विधान सभा उप निर्वाचन 2024 में कुल 90 प्रत्याशी चुनाव मैदान में हैं। मतगणना सकुशल सम्पन्न कराने हेतु पर्याप्त मात्रा में केन्द्रीय अर्द्धसैनिक बलों की तैनाती भी की गयी है।मतगणना स्थल की सुरक्षा हेतु त्रिस्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था लगायी गयी है। प्रथम स्तर की सुरक्षा मतगणना स्थल से 100 मीटर की परिधि पर है, जहां क्षेत्रीय पुलिस बल तैनात हैं। द्वितीय स्तर की सुरक्षा मतगणना स्थल के गेट पर है, जहां राज्य पुलिस बल तैनात हैं। तृतीय स्तर की सुरक्षा मतगणना हाल के लिए है जो कि सीएपीएफ की निगरानी में है।आपको बताते चलें, यूपी की नौ विधानसभा सीटों पर 20 नवंबर को उपचुनाव हुए। कुल 90 उम्मीदवारों ने अपनी भाग्य आजमाया था। इस चुनाव में भाजपा आठ व उसकी सहयोगी रालोद एक सीट पर किस्मत आजमा रही है। सपा इस चुनाव में कांग्रेस के समर्थन से सभी नौ सीटों पर लड़ रही है। जबकि बसपा भी सभी सीटों पर अकेले ही मैदान में थी।
