Azamgarh news: पुरानी रंजिश में फायरिंग,आकाश सिंह गिरफ्तार
Azamgarh, October 11: Accused Akash Singh arrested for firing due to old enmity. In the application given by plaintiff Yogesh Kumar Tiwari, son of late Harinarayan Tiwari, resident of Mohalla Kurmitola, Kotwali police station, Azamgarh district, it was mentioned that on 11.05.2025 at around 7.30 pm, Nikhil Singh, son of Vinayak Singh, resident of Mohalla Kalichaura, Kotwali police station, Azamgarh district, Utkarsh Singh, son of unknown, Akash Singh alias Dau, and Nirbhay Singh (all address unknown) were chasing his son Devashish Tiwari in a Scorpio vehicle in Kot Mohalla. After going some distance from Kot Mohalla, the accused stopped him and abused him. When Devashish protested, the accused fired 3-4 shots at him with the intention of killing him. Devashish Tiwari narrowly escaped and saved his life by running away from there. The plaintiff told that earlier also the above accused had beaten his son in the area of Gomti Nagar police station, Lucknow district, in connection with which FIR No. 48/25 under sections 115(2), 351(3), 352, 191(2) BNS and 7 CLA Act is registered in Gomti Nagar police station, Lucknow district. On the basis of the application received, FIR No. 218/25 under sections 352, 109, 127(2), 3(5) BNS was registered in Kotwali police station, Azamgarh district on 11.05.2025. On Saturday at 21.35 hrs, on the information of the informer by Sub Inspector Kuldeep Kumar, outpost in-charge Paharpur along with his companions, the accused Akash Singh alias Dau son of Rajeshwar Singh resident of village Ramnagar, Alappur police station, Ambedkar Nagar district, age 23 years was taken into police custody as per rules from Naladharmu. Further legal action is being taken against the accused.
आजमगढ़ 11 अक्टूबर:पुरानी रंजिश में फायरिंग करने वाला अभियुक्त आकाश सिंह गिरफ्तार,वादी योगेश कुमार तिवारी पुत्र स्व0 हरिनारायण तिवारी निवासी मोहल्ला कुर्मीटोला थाना कोतवाली जनपद आजमगढ़ द्वारा दिए गए प्रार्थना पत्र में उल्लेख किया गया कि पुरानी रंजिश को लेकर दिनांक 11.05.2025 समय लगभग 07.30 बजे रात्रि निखिल सिंह पुत्र विनायक सिंह निवासी मोहल्ला कालीचौरा थाना कोतवाली जनपद आजमगढ़, उत्कर्ष सिंह पुत्र अज्ञात, आकाश सिंह उर्फ दाऊ तथा निर्भय सिंह (सभी पता अज्ञात) स्कॉर्पियो वाहन से कोट मोहल्ला में उसके पुत्र देवाशिष तिवारी का पीछा कर रहे थे। कोट मोहल्ला से कुछ दूरी पर जाकर अभियुक्तगणों ने उसे रोककर मां-बहन की गालियां दीं। जब देवाशिष ने विरोध किया, तो अभियुक्तगणों ने जान से मारने की नीयत से उसके ऊपर 3-4 फायर किए। देवाशिष तिवारी बाल-बाल बच गया और वहां से भाग कर अपनी जान बचाई। वादी ने बताया कि पूर्व में भी उक्त अभियुक्तगणों ने थाना गोमतीनगर जनपद लखनऊ क्षेत्र में उसके पुत्र को मारा-पीटा था, जिसके संबंध में मु0अ0सं0 48/25 धारा 115(2), 351(3), 352, 191(2) BNS व 7 CLA Act थाना गोमतीनगर, जनपद लखनऊ में अभियोग पंजीकृत है। प्राप्त प्रार्थना पत्र के आधार पर दिनांक 11.05.2025 को मु0अ0सं0 218/25 धारा 352, 109, 127(2), 3(5) BNS थाना कोतवाली, जनपद आजमगढ़ पंजीकृत किया गया। शनिवार समय 21.35 बजे, उ0नि0 कुलदीप कुमार, चौकी प्रभारी पहाड़पुर मय हमराह द्वारा मुखबिर की सूचना पर अभियुक्त आकाश सिंह उर्फ दाऊ पुत्र राजेश्वर सिंह निवासी ग्राम रामनगर थाना आलापुर जनपद अम्बेडकरनगर उम्र 23 वर्ष को नालाधर्मू से नियमानुसार हिरासत पुलिस में लिया गया। अभियुक्त के विरुद्ध अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
