Somy Ali wishes Amitabh Bachchan on his birthday, shares childhood banter with her mom’s favourite actor Megastar lm

Mumbai:Amitabh Bachchan turned 83 on October 11. Social media is full of wishes pouring in from all over the world. Former Bollywood actress Somy Ali, who now runs a NGO called No More Tears in Florida, has also shared her message on Big B’s big day. She recalled meeting him as a seven-year-old and then as a seventeen-year-old, however, both instances had Somy arguing with the legendary actor, that made a sweet and cherished memory for her. Taking to her Instagram handle, Somy wrote, “Wishing @amitabh bachchan a very Happy Birthday. I met you when I was seven and you were wearing your taxi driver uniform and told me your taxi talks. I argued with you because I was a brat and said there’s no way your taxi can talk. It was a film called, ‘Khuddar.'” She continued, “Then ten years later, I met up with you again while you were shooting for Khuda Gawah in Nepal and I argued with you over how can you not remember me because I was the kid who protested that there’s no way taxis can talk. Two bratty memories for my mom’s favorite actor in the whole world. Wishing you good health, peace of mind and continuing to be the world’s greatest rockstar ever. Happy Birthday, Amit ji.
