मुंबई : भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने की दिशा में एक और बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए लोढ़ा फाउंडेशन ने देश के पहले निजी फंडिंग वाले थ्योरिटिकल फिजिक्स रिसर्च इंस्टीट्यूट ‘लोढ़ा थ्योरिटिकल फिजिक्स इंस्टीट्यूट (एलटीपीआई)’ की शुरुआत की है। 27 मई को लोढ़ा वर्ल्ड टॉवर में लॉन्च हुए इस संस्थान का उद्देश्य दुनिया के सर्वश्रेष्ठ वैज्ञानिकों और शोधकर्ताओं को एक मंच पर लाकर फंडामेंटल फिजिक्स में नई खोजों को बढ़ावा देना है।
यह संस्थान नोबेल स्तर की रिसर्च को प्रोत्साहित करने के विजन के साथ स्थापित किया गया है। एलटीपीआई का नेतृत्व विश्व प्रसिद्ध वैज्ञानिक और वुल्फ प्राइज विजेता प्रोफेसर जैनेंद्र के. जैन करेंगे, जिनकी ‘कॉम्पोजिट फर्मियंस’ पर रिसर्च ने क्वांटम फिजिक्स की दुनिया में नई दिशा दी है।

लोढ़ा फाउंडेशन के ट्रस्टी और लोढ़ा डेवलपर्स के सीईओ एवं एमडी अभिषेक लोढ़ा ने कहा, “हम मानते हैं कि उत्कृष्टता ही सबसे बड़ा प्रभाव पैदा करती है। एलटीपीआई भारत को ज्ञान और रिसर्च की वैश्विक शक्ति बनाने की दिशा में अहम भूमिका निभाएगा।” वहीं, फाउंडेशन के चीफ मेंटर आशीष कुमार सिंह ने कहा, “जब दुनिया के असाधारण दिमाग एक साथ आते हैं, तब असाधारण परिणाम जन्म लेते हैं। एलटीपीआई उसी सोच का परिणाम है।”

Mumbai : Taking a significant step towards India’s journey of becoming a developed nation, Lodha Foundation has launched the country’s first privately funded theoretical physics research institute — the Lodha Theoretical Physics Institute (LTPI). Launched on May 27 at Lodha World Tower, the institute aims to bring together some of the world’s finest scientists and researchers on a single platform to encourage groundbreaking discoveries in fundamental physics.
