सीडीओ ने किया चकसुंदर आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर का निरीक्षण,केंद्र पर एएनएम की तैनाती व पेयजल व्यवस्था के लिए किया संबंधित को निर्देशित

भदोही। मुख्य विकास अधिकारी डॉ.शिवाकांत द्विवेदी शुक्रवार को ज्ञानपुर विकास खंड के ग्राम पंचायत चकसुंदर में संचालित आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर का आकस्मिक रूप से निरीक्षण करने पहुंचे। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने संबंधित को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।इस अवसर पर सीडीओ के निरीक्षण में आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर में सीएचओ नीलम पटेल मौके पर उपस्थित मिलीं। सीडीओ ने मरीजों के लिए बनाए गए रजिस्टर का अवलोकन किया। जिसमें उस समय तक आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर में कुल 6 मरीज आए मिलें। उनको दवाएं दी गई। उन्होंने केंद्र पर दवाओं के उपलब्धता की जानकारी ली। जिस पर बताया गया कि केंद्र पर प्रयाप्त मात्रा में दवाएं उपलब्ध हैं। दवाओं की फिलहाल कोई कमी नहीं है। सीएचओ नीलम पटेल ने बताया कि केंद्र पर एएनएम की तैनाती नहीं है। साथ ही यहां पर पेयजल की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है। ऐसे में आने वाले मरीजों को पानी पीने के लिए काफी दिक्कत हो रही है। उन्होंने सीडीओ से केंद पर एएनएम की तैनाती के साथ ही साथ पेयजल की व्यवस्था कराएं जाने की मांग की। जिस पर सीडीओ ने संबंधित को इसके लिए निर्देशित किया।

Bhadohi Chief Development Officer Dr. Shivakant Dwivedi arrived on Friday to conduct a casual inspection of Ayushman Arogya Mandir in Gram Panchayat Chaksunder of Gyanpur Development Block. During the inspection, he gave necessary directions to the concerned. On this occasion, CHO Neelam Patel was present at Ayushman Arogya Mandir under the supervision of CDO. The CDO inspected the register made for the patients. In which till that time a total of 6 patients came to Ayushman Arogya Mandir. Medicines were given to him. He inquired about the availability of medicines at the centre. On which it was told that medicines are available in sufficient quantity at the centre. There is no shortage of medicines at the moment. CHO Neelam Patel said that there is no ANM deployment at the centre. Also, there is no drinking water system here. Patients who come in such a situation are having a lot of trouble to drink water. He demanded that drinking water should be arranged along with the deployment of ANMs at the center from CDO. Whereupon the CDO directed the concerned for the same.
