राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत की सफलता हेतु जनपद के खंड विकास अधिकारियों के साथ प्री-ट्रायल बैठक, दिए गए दिशा-निर्देश

As per the instructions of the State Legal Services Authority and under the guidance of Hon'ble District Judge/Chairman District Legal Services Authority Deoria Shri Devendra Singh for the success of National Lok Adalat a pre-trial meeting was held with all the Block Development Officers in the District Court. In this meeting the Secretary , the District Legal Services Authority/Additional District and Sessions Judge Manoj Kumar Tiwari directed that all the Block Development Officers refer the identified cases and more in the National Lok Adalat, which will be held on 14 December 2024. Why solve more cases? He also informed that a special Lok Adalat will be organized from 11 to 13 December 2024 in the Hon'ble Court for settlement of small disputes. All litigants have been appealed to settle their amicable cases in Special Lok Adalat. National Lok Adalat Nodal Officer/Additional District and Sessions Judge Sanjay Kumar Singh said in the meeting that campaigning for the success of National Lok Adalat - To be disseminated and all the cases related to the concerned departments should be marked at Gram Sabha level and disposed of in the National Lok Adalat. Along with this, the number of cases identified so far should also be reported. All the Block Development Officers and their representatives were present in this meeting.

देवरिया। राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के निर्देशानुसार एवं माननीय जनपद न्यायाधीश/अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण देवरिया श्री देवेन्द्र सिंह के मार्गदर्शन में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत की सफलता हेतु जनपद न्यायालय में समस्त खंड विकास अधिकारियों के साथ प्री-ट्रायल बैठक आयोजित की गई।इस बैठक में सचिव, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण/अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश मनोज कुमार तिवारी ने निर्देशित किया कि सभी खंड विकास अधिकारी चिन्हित मामलों को संदर्भित करें और राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत, जो कि 14 दिसंबर 2024 को आयोजित की जाएगी, में अधिक से अधिक मामलों का निस्तारण करवाएं। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि 11 से 13 दिसंबर 2024 तक माननीय न्यायालय में लघु वादों के निस्तारण हेतु विशेष लोक अदालत का आयोजन किया जाएगा। सभी वादकारियों से अपील की गई है कि वे अपने सुलहनीय मामलों को विशेष लोक अदालत में नियत कराकर उनका निस्तारण करवाएं।राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत के नोडल अधिकारी/अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश संजय कुमार सिंह ने बैठक में कहा कि राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत की सफलता हेतु प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाए और संबंधित विभागों से जुड़े सभी मामलों को ग्राम सभा स्तर पर चिन्हित कर राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत में निस्तारित करवाया जाए। इसके साथ ही, अब तक चिन्हित मामलों की संख्या से भी अवगत कराया जाए। इस बैठक में सभी खंड विकास अधिकारी और उनके प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
