जबलपुर में चोरी के समान के साथ पकड़ा गया शातिर चोर
Police has arrested the main accused of the theft that took place in the house of retired army scientist Ranjit Banerjee, who lives in Vijay Nagar area of Jabalpur. Police has also recovered other stolen items from the accused. It is said that the accused Premnath alias Pappu Mallah is a resident of Shahpura Bhittoni. Currently, the accused lived near Bajrang Nagar Karmata. More than 50 criminal cases are registered against the accused in Bhopal, Jabalpur and other cities. Accused Premnath was a person of big criminal nature. City Superintendent of Police Virendra Pawar said that Ranjit Banerjee, who lives in Vijay Nagar, had a wedding of his younger son. When he returned home after the wedding, he saw that the items in his house were scattered. Gold and silver jewelry were stolen. After the theft, the victim had lodged a report in Vijay Nagar Police Station. Police had scanned one thousand CCTV footage of the city. Police had arrested two minors in the theft case. Vijaynagar in-charge Virendra Singh Pawar said that during interrogation, a thief told that he had thrown the stolen jewellery in Kali Ghat Bhatauli Kund at Gwarighat thinking it to be fake. Police say that the main accused Premnath Mallah used to commit thefts with his son. Police has produced the accused in the court and taken him on two days' police remand so that the accused can be interrogated further.
जबलपुर के विजय नगर इलाके में रहने वाले आर्मी के रिटायर्ड साईन्टिस्ट रंजीत बनर्जी के घर हुयी चोरी के मुख्य आरोपी को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस ने आरोपी के पास चोरी का अन्य सामान भी बरामद किया है। बताया जाता है की आरोपी प्रेमनाथ उर्फ़ पप्पू मल्लाह शाहपुरा भिटौनी का रहने वाला है। वर्तमान में आरोपी बजरंग नगर करमेता के पास रहता था। आरोपी के ऊपर 50 से भी अधिक आपराधिक मामले भोपाल जबलपुर और अन्य शहरों में दर्ज है। आरोपी प्रेमनाथ बड़ा आपराधिक प्रवर्ति का व्यक्ति था.नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक वीरेंद्र पवार ने बताया की विजय नगर में रहने वाले रंजीत बनर्जी के छोटे बेटे की शादी थी। शादी के बाद जब वो घर लौटे तो देखा की उनके घर का सामान बिखरा हुआ था। सोने चांदी के जेवरात चोरी हो गए थे। चोरी के बाद पीड़ित ने विजय नगर पुलिस थाना में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई थी। पुलिस ने शहर के एक हजार सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाले थे पुलिस ने चोरी के मामले में दो नाबालिकों को गिरफ्तार किया था। आने प्रभारी विजयनगर वीरेंद्र सिंह पवार ने बताया कि पूछताछ के दौरान एक चोर ने बताया कि चोरी किये गये जेवर नकली समझकर ग्वारीघाट स्थित काली घाट भटौली कुंड में फेंक दिया है। पुलिस का कहना है की मुख्य आरोपी प्रेमनाथ मल्लाह अपने बेटे के साथ चोरी की घटना को अंजाम देता था। पुलिस ने आरोपी को न्यायालय में पेश कर दो दिन पुलिस रिमांड लिया है है ताकि आरोपी से और भी पूछताछ की जा सके।
