आजमगढ़,बिजली विभाग के खिलाफ आज गुरुवार को 100 सैया संयुक्त जिला चिकित्सालय के डॉक्टर, स्टाफ नर्स व कर्मचारी अस्पताल परिसर से निकलकर सड़क मार्ग से पैदल चलते हुए सीधे पावर सब स्टेशन पर पहुंचे और विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित होने पर प्रदर्शन किया गया। इस दौरान उपकेंद्र पर उपस्थित एसएसओ से उनकी झड़प भी हो गयी। जीर्ण-शीर्ण विद्युत व्यवस्था को लेकर डॉक्टरों ने भारी नाराजगी जताते हुए विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। डॉक्टर हम्मीर सिंह ने बताया कि अस्पताल परिसर में विगत 1 हफ्ते से विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित है जिसके चलते हम लोग सही तरीके से ओपीडी व इमरजेंसी सेवाएं नहीं देख पा रहे हैं। ऑपरेशन के मरीजों को सबसे अधिक कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं अस्पताल के रेजिडेंशियल इलाके में विद्युत आपूर्ति न होने से पानी की सबसे बड़ी किल्लत सामने आई है जिसके चलते लोगों में काफी आक्रोश व्याप्त है। Azamgarh: 100 doctors, staff nurses and employees of Saiya Joint District Hospital left the hospital premises and walked directly to the power substation on Thursday. Meanwhile, the lack of electricity supply in the residential area of ​​the hospital has caused the biggest water shortage, which has caused a lot of anger among the people.अस्पताल के सीएमएस द्वारा किसी तरह से 2 घंटे जनरेटर चलाकर अस्पताल की विद्युत आपूर्ति बहाल की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि बिजली विभाग द्वारा कोई वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था नहीं की गई तो स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं बेपटरी हो जाएंगी और मरीजों को अस्पताल से बाहर करना पड़ेगा। ऑपरेशन के मरीजों के जख्म में सड़न होने लगेंगे। डॉक्टर भी अपनी सेवाएं ठप कर सकते हैं।अस्पताल की स्टाफ नर्स ने बताया कि हम लोगों द्वारा 200 बेड के अस्पताल में निरंतर सेवाएं दी जाती हैं ऐसे में विद्युत व्यवस्था खराब होने से कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। डिलीवरी से लेकर ऑपरेशन तक के मरीजों को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। सबसे बड़ी समस्या रेजिडेंशियल इलाके में पानी के लिए हो रही है। पावर सब स्टेशन पर कोई भी जिम्मेदार नहीं मिला जिससे कि शिकायत की जाए। अगर इसी तरह विद्युत व्यवस्था रही तो डॉक्टर अपना दायित्व कैसे निर्वाह करेंगे।इस संदर्भ में उपखंड अधिकारी बृजेश कुमार राव ने बताया कि हमारे पावर सबस्टेशन की बिजली 100 सैया अस्पताल परिसर के ट्रांसफार्मर तक सुचारू रूप से चालू है। अस्पताल परिसर में प्राइवेट ट्रांसफार्मर होने की वजह से वहां हमारे अधिकार क्षेत्र से बाहर है जिसके संदर्भ में मेरे द्वारा लिखित रूप से अस्पताल प्रबंधन को सूचना दे दी गई। अस्पताल के ट्रांसफार्मर तक विद्युत व्यवस्था चालू है,The CMS of the hospital is somehow running the generator for 2 hours to restore the power supply to the hospital.
