Samajwadi Party MLA’s MP/MLA court appearance, one in four and the other five in the date of July

UP Azamgarh’s Bahubali MLA Ramakant Yadav appeared in the MP MLA Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday in two cases. In one case, chargesheet was filed and the next hearing was fixed for July 5. In the other case, the next hearing was postponed to July 4 due to non-appearance of witnesses SP’s Bahubali MLA Ramakant Yadav appeared through video conferencing. The first case took place on February 2, 2016 in Phulpur police station area. A case of obstruction of government work was registered by Sunil Kumar Singh, in-charge of Phulpur police station. in which he stated that he was checking on February 2, 2016, during which he stopped some people. MPs Ramakant Yadav, Rangesh Yadav, Rajneesh, Manna and Chandrabhan arrived to rescue them. They obstructed the work of the government. Ramakant Yadav appeared from jail on Wednesday through VC. A chargesheet was filed against him in court. The court fixed July 5 for the hearing. The second case is from Pawai police station area. In 2006, MP Ramakant Yadav staged a road blockade over a case. In this case, the statement of the witness was to be recorded. But the witness did not appear in court. The court fixed July 4 for the next hearing.
