This construction was earlier given notice under DPL. The administration team reached the spot and demolished it with the help of JCB. A team of Assistant Commissioner Sunil Bhoir, Bit Inspector Amol Warghde, Law Officer Shehzad Ansari and other employees was present to carry out this operation. Commissioner Ajay Vaidya made it clear that no unauthorized construction will be tolerated in Bhiwandi anymore. He has warned that action will be taken against such creations. For the first time, after this action of the administration, the city has been shaken. Unauthorized creation of those who create an atmosphere of terror. This action has made it clear that the administration will no longer ignore illegal construction at all.

भिवंडी – भिवंडी मनपा प्रशासक व्दारा भवन निर्माताओं को चेतावनी देते हुए तोड़क कार्रवाई को अंजाम देना शुरू कर दिया है। मनपा प्रशासक एवं आयुक्त अजय वैद्य के आदेशानुशार अनधिकृत भवन निर्माणों को ध्वस्त करने के लिए विशेष टीम का गठन कर मुहिम की शुरुआत कर दी गई है। मनपा के इस कार्यवाई पर अवैध भवन निर्माताओं में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है। भिवंडी मनप प्रभाग समिति ४ के अंतर्गत नारपोली क्षेत्र मे बना आरसीसी इमारत पर कार्रवाई करते हुए उसे जमिंदोज कर दिया।भिवंडी मनपा नारपोली- २ के अंतर्गत सिताराम पाटील के भवन के पास चलरहे अनधिकृत निर्माण के खिलाफ यह कार्रवाई प्रभाग समिति क्रमांक ४ के सहायक आयुक्त सुनील भोईर के नेतृत्व में की गई। इस निर्माण को पहले ही डीपीएल के तहत नोटिस दी गई थी। प्रशासन की टीम मौके पर पहुंचकर जेसीबी की मदद से इसे ध्वस्त कर दिया। इस कार्यवाई को अंजाम देने के लिए रोहिदास दोरकुलकर नेतृत्व में सहायक आयुक्त सुनील भोईर, बिट निरीक्षक अमोल वारघडे, विधि अधिकारी शहजाद अंसारी और अन्य कर्मचारियों की टीम मौजूद थी। आयुक्त अजय वैद्य ने स्पष्ट कहा कि भिवंडी में अब कोई भी अनधिकृत निर्माण बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी है कि ऐसे निर्माणों पर कार्रवाई और भी कड़ी की जाएगी। पहली बार प्रशासन की इस कार्रवाई के बाद शहर में हड़कंप मच गया है। अनधिकृत निर्माण करवाने वालों में दहशत का माहौल है। इस कार्रवाई ने यह साफ कर दिया है कि प्रशासन अब अवैध निर्माण को बिल्कुल भी नजरअंदाज नहीं करेगा।
