लोकतंत्र के इस माहा पर्व पर भिवंडी में तृतीयपंथियों ने किया मतदान
Bhiwandi - Polling in Bhiwandi East, West, and rural areas was conducted in a peaceful atmosphere. During the election, all facilities were provided by the administration at the polling stations. Meanwhile, third-party (fringe) voters exercised their democratic right to vote at the Dandekar Vidyalaya polling station of Bhiwandi East Assembly Constituency. A total of 179 third party voters are registered in Bhiwandi East Assembly Constituency. In which 119 voters exercised their right to vote. According to Tamanna Mansoori of Khwaysh Foundation, which works for third-party (fringe) society, the right to vote has been given to the third-party. But till date no initiative has been taken by the administration to give them identity card. Due to this, many third parties were deprived of voting. He said that no political party has mentioned any concrete plan for the third party community or their security in their manifesto. Due to which the indifference of the government and administration towards the third class society is clearly visible. Tamanna appealed to the leaders and the administration to pay attention to the rights and problems of third class society. The members of the third party community say that they should also be considered as a part of the society so that they can seek help from the government by asking for protection of their rights. He also hoped that in future the government and political parties would take their problems seriously and implement special schemes for them. However, the people of the third party community have introduced their participation in democracy by exercising the right to vote. It not only reflects their awareness but also underlines their contribution to society.

भिवंडी – भिवंडी पुर्व ,पश्चिम,और रूलर क्षेत्रों में मतदान शांतिपूर्ण वातावरण में संपन्न हुआ। चुनाव के दौरान प्रशासन व्दारा मतदान केन्द्रो पर पूरी सुविधा प्रदान की गई थी। इसी दौरान भिवंडी पूर्व विधानसभा क्षेत्र के दांडेकर विद्यालय मतदान केंद्र पर तृतीयपंथी (किन्नर) मतदाताओं ने अपने लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार का प्रयोग करते हुए मतदान किया। भिवंडी पुर्व विधानसभा क्षेत्र में कुल १७९ तृतीयपंथी मतदाता पंजीकृत हैं। जिनमें ११९ मतदाताओं ने अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग किया।
तृतीयपंथी (किन्नर) समाज के लिए कार्य करने वाली ख्वाईश फाउंडेशन की तमन्ना मंसूरी कि माने तो तृतीयपंथियों को मतदान का अधिकार तो दिया गया है। लेकिन आज तक प्रशासन की ओर से उन्हें पहचान पत्र देने के लिए कोई पहल नहीं की गई है। इस वजह से कई तृतीयपंथी मतदान से वंचित रह गए।उन्होंने बताया कि किसी भी राजनीतिक दल ने अपने घोषणा पत्र में तृतीयपंथी समुदाय के लिए कोई ठोस योजना या उनकी सुरक्षा का जिक्र नहीं किया गया है। जिससे तृतीय पंथी समाज के लिए शासन व प्रशासन की उदासीनता साफ साफ दिखाई दे रही है। तमन्ना ने नेताओं और प्रशासन से तृतीयपंथी समाज के अधिकारों और उनकी समस्याओं पर ध्यान देने की अपील की। तृतीयपंथी समुदाय के सदस्यों का कहना है कि उन्हें भी समाज का हिस्सा माना जाए ताकि स्वयं अपने अधिकारों की रक्षा की गुहार लगाकर सरकार से सहायता ली जा सके। उन्होंने यह भी उम्मीद जताई कि भविष्य में सरकार और राजनीतिक दल उनकी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लेंगे और उनके लिए विशेष योजनाएं लागू करेंगे। हालांकि, तृतीयपंथी समुदाय के लोगों ने मताधिकार का प्रयोग कर लोकतंत्र में अपनी भागीदारी का परिचय दिया है। यह न केवल उनकी जागरूकता को दर्शाता है, बल्कि समाज में उनके योगदान को भी रेखांकित करता है।
