प्रदूषण के चादर से ढका भिवंडी शहर कंपनियों के जहरीले धुएं एवं केमिकल से जनमानस के आरोग्य को खतरा
Bhiwandi - Bhiwandi city of Thane district of Maharashtra is getting covered in a thick layer of pollution due to the ignorance of pollution penalty by some companies operating in Bhiwandi city. This is becoming a matter of concern for the health of the people. The toxic smoke coming out of companies like dyeing, sizing, pearl factories and the dangerous chemicals in pearl factories have created a serious problem in the entire city. Although such companies provide employment to thousands of people. But due to some companies ignoring the pollution control standards given by the Maharashtra Pollution Department, pollution is having a bad effect. The pollution control department of the local municipal administration is also not taking action. Some companies are using garbage, plastic and wood instead of coal. The toxic smoke arising from this is directly affecting the health of the city residents. And other diseases like asthma, TB, skin disease, itching, burning sensation in the eyes, skin disease, etc. are taking birth. Small children and the elderly are being affected the most. The municipal administration is ignoring these dangers today. Tomorrow it will become a serious problem. Citizens have lodged complaints at the municipal headquarters many times but the careless officials have not taken any concrete steps so far. Local people allege that there is a nexus between the municipal environment department officials and the factory owners. Despite the factories spreading pollution, they are being allowed to operate. Bribery and corruption have further deepened this problem. The city dwellers troubled by pollution have now given a strict warning. If the municipal administration does not take action soon, a massive agitation will be carried out. "The air of Bhiwandi is getting poisonous and the administration is sleeping peacefully. Have the people been left to die?. The officials of MPCB (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board) and the environment department of Bhiwandi Municipality are being accused of ignoring this serious issue. It is being told that the level of pollution in many areas of Bhiwandi has reached dangerous levels. Local people are troubled by the poisonous smoke of more than 350 dyeing and sizing units, but despite complaints no concrete action has been taken.

भिवंडी – महाराष्ट्र के ठाणे जिला भिवंडी शहर में संचालित कुछ कंपनियों के व्दारा प्रदूषण के मांग दंड की अनदेखी करने के कारण भिवंडी शहर प्रदूषण की मोटी चादर से ढ़कता जा रहा है। जो जनमानस के स्वास्थ के लिये चिंता का विषय बनता जा रहा है। डाइंग, साइजिंग,मोती कारखानों जैसे कंपनियों से निकलने वाले जहरीले धुएं तथा मोती कारखानों में खतरनाक केमिकल के कारण पूरे शहर में गंभीर समस्या पैदा कर दिया है।
हलां की ऐसी कंपनियों से हजारों बे रोजगारों को रोजगार देती हैं। परंतु महाराष्ट्र प्रदूषण विभाग व्दारा दिये गये प्रदूषण नियंत्रण पैमाने की अनदेखी करने वाली कुछ कंपनियों के कारण प्रदूषण का बुरा असर पड़ रहा है। स्थानीय मनपा प्रशासन की प्रदूषण नियंत्रण विभाग भी कार्यवाई नहीं कर रही है। कुछ कंपनियों व्दारा कोयला की जगह कचरा, प्लास्टिक और लकड़ी का प्रयोग कर रही हैं। जिससे उठने वाला जहरीला धुआं शहरवासियों की सेहत पर सीधा असर डाल रही हैं। और दमा, टीबी, त्वचा रोग,खुजली आंखो में जलन,चर्म रोग, के अलावां अन्य बीमारियां जन्म लेरही हैं। सबसे ज्यादा असर छोटे बच्चे और बुजुर्गों पर पड़ रहा है। मनपा प्रशासन आज इन खतरे को नजरअंदाज कर रहा है। कल एक गंभीर समस्या बन जाएगी। नागरिकों ने कई बार मनपा मुख्यालय में शिकायतें दर्ज कराई हैं लेकिन लापरवाह अधिकारियों ने अब तक कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाए। स्थानीय लोगों का आरोप है कि नगरपालिका के पर्यावरण विभाग अधिकारियों और फैक्ट्री मालिकों के बीच सांठगांठ चल रही है। फैक्ट्रियों के प्रदूषण फैलाने के बावजूद उन्हें चलने दिया जा रहा है। घूसखोरी और भ्रष्टाचार ने इस समस्या को और गहरा कर दिया है। प्रदूषण से त्रस्त शहरवासियों ने अब सख्त चेतावनी दी है। अगर नगरपालिका प्रशासन जल्द कार्रवाई नहीं करता, तो बड़े पैमाने पर आंदोलन किया जाएगा। “भिवंडी की हवा जहरीली हो रही है और प्रशासन चैन की नींद सो रहा है। क्या जनता को मरने के लिए छोड़ दिया गया है ?. एमपीसीबी (महाराष्ट्र प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड) व भिवंडी पालिका के पर्यावरण विभाग के अधिकारियों पर इस गंभीर मुद्दे की अनदेखी का आरोप लग रहा है। बताया जा रहा है कि भिवंडी के कई इलाकों में प्रदूषण का स्तर खतरनाक स्तर तक पहुंच चुका है। 350 से अधिक डाइंग और साइजिंग इकाइयों के जहरीले धुएं से स्थानीय लोग परेशान हैं, लेकिन शिकायतों के बावजूद कोई ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है।पालिका सुत्रों की माने तो पर्यावरण विभाग ऐसी कंपनियों को एन ओसी देने पर लाखों रूपये का गोरखधंधा करती आ रही है।विभाग प्रमुख से लेकर नियंत्रण अधिकारी बनने के लिए लाखों की बोली लगती है। पालिका के सरकारी फ्री आंकडे देखे तो डाइंग कंपनी को ना हरकत (NOC) देने के एवज 10 हजार,साइजिंग कंपनी को 5 हजार ,मोती कारखाने पर 1500 और अन्य छोट उद्योग पर 1000 रूपये फ्री वसूल करने का नियमावली है। किन्तु यह फ्री के आलावा अधिकारी कंपनियों से मोटी रकम वसूल करते आ रहे है। नगरपालिका प्रशासन की लापरवाही के चलते भिवंडी का भविष्य खतरे में है।”अगर जल्द कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, तो भिवंडी प्रदूषण के कारण एक बीमार शहर बन जाएगा।
