मुंबई: कुर्ला सड़क दुर्घटना में मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 5, 35 घायल

According to the police, the deceased have been identified as Afrin Abdul Salim Shah (19), Anam Sheikh (20), Kanij Fatima Ghulam Qadir (55), Shivam Kashyap (18), Vijay Vishnu Gaikwad (70). After the accident, traffic was disrupted at the accident site. Police officers reached the spot. The injured have been shifted to other hospitals besides Bhabha Hospital. Police said that there were about 60 passengers in the bus at the time of the accident. According to the information received, the brake of a bus leaving Kurla station had failed. The driver had lost control of the bus. In panic, instead of pressing the brake, the driver pressed the accelerator and the speed of the bus increased. Due to lack of control of the bus, 30-35 people were hit. According to senior police officials, the bus driver has been arrested. At the same time, the forensic team has also reached the incident site on Tuesday and is collecting evidence

मुंबई:मुंबई के कुर्ला में सोमवार रात हुए भीषण सड़क हादसे में मारे गए लोगों की संख्या लगातार बढ़ रही है। अब तक 3 महिलाओं समेत 5 लोगों की मौत की पुष्टि हुई है।बेस्ट बस की चपेट में आने से 35 लोग गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। घायलों का डॉक्टरों की निगरानी में इलाज चल रहा है। पुलिस के अनुसार, मृतकों की पहचान आफरीन अब्दुल सलीम शाह (19) अनम शेख (20), कनिज फातिमा गुलाम कादिर (55) शिवम कश्यप (18) विजय विष्णू गायकवाड (70) के रूप में हुई है।पुलिस ने बताया कि हादसा कुर्ला (वेस्ट) में एसजी बर्वे मार्ग पर अंजुमन-ए-इस्लाम स्कूल के सामने रात 9.50 बजे की है। ‘बेस्ट’ की एक अनियंत्रित बस ने कई वाहनों के टक्कर मार दी।जिसका एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो रहा है। वीडियो में तेज रफ्तार में एक बस लोगों को रौंदते हुए निकलती देखी जा सकती है।घटना के बाद मौके पर लोगों की भीड़ जमा हो गई। कुछ घायलों को ऑटो में भी अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया है। हादसे के बाद दुर्घटना स्थल पर यातायात बाधित हो गया। पुलिस के आला अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे। घायलों को भाभा अस्पताल के अलावा दूसरे अस्पताल भी ले जाया गया है। पुलिस ने बताया कि दुर्घटना के वक्त बस में करीब 60 यात्री सवार थे।मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, कुर्ला स्टेशन से निकली एक बस का ब्रेक फेल हो गया था। ड्राइवर ने बस पर से नियंत्रण खो दिया था। घबराहट में ड्राइवर ने ब्रेक दबाने की बजाय एक्सीलेटर दबा दिया और बस की गति बढ़ गई। बस पर नियंत्रण नहीं होने की वजह 30-35 लोगों को टक्कर मार दी।इस पूरी घटना के बाद स्थानीय पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी घटना स्थल पर पहुंचे और पूरे मामले की जांच में जुट गए हैं। पुलिस के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के अनुसार बस ड्राइवर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। वहीं, मंगलवार को फॉरेंसिक की टीम भी घटना स्थल पर पहुंची है और साक्ष्य इकठ्ठा कर रही है
