संभल बवाल मामले में सपा सांसद समेत कई प्रमुख केस दर्ज

At present, a total of 25 people have been arrested so far, including 22 people from Kotwali police station and three people from Nakakhasa police station. संभल,: उत्तर प्रदेश के संभल में जामा मस्जिद के सर्वे के दौरान रविवार को भड़की हिंसा के मामले में संभल से सपा सांसद जियाउर्रहमान बर्क और अन्य कई लोगों पर मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। इन लोगों पर दंगाइयों को भड़काने का आरोप है।संभल के पुलिस अधीक्षक कृष्ण कुमार ने पत्रकारों को बताया कि हमले में घायल सब इंस्पेक्टर एकता चौकी प्रभारी दीपक राठी ने 800 लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कराया है। जियाउर्रहमान बर्क और सोहेल इकबाल को नामजद अभियुक्त बनाया गया है। इन लोगों पर भीड़ को भड़काने का आरोप है।पुलिस अधीक्षक ने बताया कि सांसद जियाउर्रहमान बर्क को 168 का नोटिस पहले ही दिया जा चुका है। उन्होंने पहले भी भड़काऊ भाषण दिए थे। उनको समझाया गया था। लेकिन वह नहीं माने, जामा मस्जिद की हिफाजत के नाम पर भीड़ को भड़काया। लोगों को मोबिलाइज किया। इससे एकत्रित लोगों ने घटना को अंजाम दिया। इस घटना में 15 पुलिसकर्मी घायल हुए। चार अधिकारी भी घायल हुए। एसडीएम रमेश बाबू के पैर में चोट आई है। सीओ संभल के पैर में गोली लगी।सर्वे के लिए गठित तीन लोगों की कमेटी ने बताया कि भीड़ को रोकने का प्रयास करने के दौरान भीड़ की ओर से चलाई गई गोली सीओ साहब के पैर में जा लगी। मामले में करीब 700- 800 अज्ञात लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा लिखवाया गया है ।उन्होंने बताया कि चौकी प्रभारी एकता द्वारा अलग मुकदमा लिखवाया गया है, एक संजीव कुमार के द्वारा अभी मुकदमा लिखवाया गया है, मैगजीन और ग्रेनाइट की लूट का मुकदमा है। वर्तमान में थाना कोतवाली में 22 और थाना नकखसा में तीन लोगाें समेत कुल 25 लोगों को अभी तक गिरफ्तार किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि ड्रोन के फुटेज की स्टडी कर ली गई है उनके छोटे-छोटे पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो बनाए जा रहे हैं। उनको सर्कुलेट किया जा रहा है। जो लोग इनको बारे में जानकारी देंगे, उन्हें उचित इनाम भी दिया जाएगा। सीसीटीवी फुटेज कलेक्ट कर लिया गया है। उम्मीद करता हूं कि जल्द से जल्द अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा।पुलिस अधीक्षक ने बताया कि जनपद संभल में दोपहर के बाद शांति है। अज सोमवार को दुकानें भी बंद हैं, लेकिन कुछ लोगों ने दुकानें खोली हैं। इंटरनेट बैन कल भी कंटिन्यू रहने के लिए मैंने डीएम महोदय से रिक्वेस्ट किया है। उम्मीद करते हैं ऐसे ही व्यवस्था कायम रहेगी। जिले में हुए बवाल के बाद पूरी रात पुलिस पैदल गश्त करती रही। उच्चाधिकारियों ने गश्त का नेतृत्व किया। जहां-जहां बवाल में आगजनी और पथराव हुआ था, वहां पर विशेष फोकस किया गया और भारी पुलिस बल को तैनात किया गया है। साथ ही लगातार संदिग्ध लोगों पर भी नजर रखी जा रही है। हिंसा में चोर लोगों के मारे जाने की भी खबर है।
