Azamgarh:Four members of inter-state solver gang arrested, Azamgarh police recovered 3 admit cards

Azamgarh police has achieved a big success. In a joint operation by the city Kotwali police and SOG of the district, 4 wanted accused of the competitive exam solver gang have been arrested. The police team recovered 1 Artica car, 6 mobiles, 1 fake Aadhar card, 3 admit cards, 1 question book from the possession of the accused. The police was searching for these accused for a long time, the police is taking further action in this matter.Superintendent of Police Hemraj Meena said that the UPCCSCR 2024-25 examination was being conducted at Shibli National College Examination Center, in which Anoop Sagar son of Virendra Kumar village Maupara, Devkali Ghazipur appeared in the first shift examination in room number 103 on January 4, the data of the said candidate was not being matched due to KYC not being updated in the Aadhaar verification process.When asked due to suspicion, he first refused to accept and told himself to be Anoop Sagar son of Virendra Kumar, but when strictly interrogated with the help of the police force deployed at the examination center, the candidate told his real name as Vikas Kumar son of Ram Asare Prasad resident Asaniya Kuan, police station Kadam Kuan, Patna, Bihar. Vikas Kumar son of Ram Asare Prasad also told that he has done this work in exchange for some money. In this case, the city Kotwali police registered a case and started investigation.The arrested accused Rampravesh Yadav, resident of Chitaban Patti, Police Station Zamania, District Ghazipur, said that, “In collaboration with Durgesh Tiwari Bihar, I arrange for solvers to sit in place of candidates in competitive examinations in Uttar Pradesh, in which, with the help of Vicky Kumar, I change the photo in the Aadhar card of the candidates and send the solver to sit. Ram Pravesh Yadav also told that since before the year 2021, he used to trap people to get them jobs and after making deals with them, he used to get the exam conducted by making solvers sit in their place.Ram Pravesh Yadav told that, all of us together do the work of getting jobs in various competitive examinations by making solvers sit in place of candidates in a fraudulent manner. We have an organized gang. We all have been doing this work together with the members of our organized gang by making solvers sit in place of candidates in competitive examinations in a fraudulent manner since long. In the name of making solvers sit in place of candidates in competitive examinations, a deal was fixed for about 10 lakh rupees. Out of this, 2 lakh rupees were taken before giving the exam and the remaining amount was taken after giving the exam.Durgesh Tiwari used to play the main role in the said work. Durgesh Tiwari arranges solvers to sit in competitive examinations by getting solvers and fake Aadhar cards prepared from Bihar. In Uttar Pradesh, Sunil Kannaujiya, Bablu Yadav, Shravan Kumar Yadav, Suryakant Kushwaha alias Pintu look for candidates to sit in competitive examinations and deal with them and by making a plan in connivance with Durgesh Tiwari, the work of making solvers sit in place of candidates in a fraudulent manner is done.In this case, on January 4, solver Vikas Kumar alias Rakesh Kumar and on January 5, candidate Anup Sagar son of Virendra Kumar and on January 6, Rampravesh Yadav son of Sarvraj Yadav, resident of Chitawan Patti, Zamania police station, Ghazipur district, Sunil Kannaujiya son of Rajnath Kannaujiya, resident of Chowkiya, Kotwali police station, Ghazipur district, Ankit son of Chandrashekhar Prasad resident of Islampur, Islampur police station, Nalanda Bihar (solver), Amit Kumar Kannaujiya son of Munshiram resident of Dora, Sadat police station, Ghazipur district (candidate) were arrested.
