दुष्कर्म व मारपीट करने वाला अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार
Azamgarh: According to the police, a petition was filed by a plaintiff in the Kotwali police station of Azamgarh district that the accused Lucky Singh, son of Bhanu Pratap Singh, resident of Ganpatpur, Atraulia police station, trapped the plaintiff in his love trap and raped her against her will and made an obscene video. After that Lucky Singh started demanding an illegal amount of money and said that if she does not give the money, he will make her obscene video viral. Meanwhile, he linked his other associates Ankit son of Shriram Rajbhar, Rajan son of Bodhar Rajbhar, Ramesh Yadav son of Shankar Yadav, Pintu Singh son of Subedar Singh to the mobile number of the plaintiff, and he also got the money demanded by Lucky Singh sent to the mobile numbers of the above people. Lucky Singh's father Bhanu Pratap Singh was also involved in this. The applicant got fed up of the money being extorted by Lucky Singh and all his associates by threatening to make the obscene video viral in an illegal manner. The life of the applicant has become difficult due to the demands of the said Lucky Singh and his other associates mentioned above. When the plaintiff refused to give the money, the accused and his other associates forcefully entered the applicant's house at 4 p.m. and assaulted the applicant and forcibly took off the gold mangalsutra, gold earring, silver anklet worn by the applicant and left threatening that if she tried to do anything, they would kill her and switched off their mobile number. On the basis of which, FIR No. 432/24 under Section 323/504/506/376 IPC was registered at Kotwali police station on 1.8.2024. In the same sequence, on 29 November, the accused Abhay Singh alias Lucky Singh son of Bhanu Pratap Singh, age 38 years, resident of Ganpatpur police station Atraulia district Azamgarh, wanted in the above case, was arrested by Inspector Rafi Alam from the roadways at 2 o'clock. The arrested accused was challaned to the honorable court.

आजमगढ़:पुलिस् के अनुसार एक वादनी द्वारा थाना कोतवाली जनपद आजमगढ़ मे प्रार्थना पत्र दिया गया कि अभियुक्त लकी सिंह पुत्र भानु प्रताप सिंह साकिन गनपतपुर, थाना अतरौलिया द्वारा अपने प्रेम के जाल में फंसाकर वादिनी के इच्छा के विरूद्ध जबरदस्ती दुषकर्म किया तथा अश्लील वीडियों बना लिया। उसके बाद लकी सिंह नाजाजय धनराशि की मांग करने लगा और कहा कि यदि धनराशि नहीं दोगी तो तुम्हारा अश्लील वीडियो वायरल कर दूंगा। इसी बीच उसने अपने अन्य साथियों अंकित पुत्र श्रीराम राजभर, राजन पुत्र बोधर राजभर, रमेश यादव पुत्र शंकर यादव, पिन्टू सिंह पुत्र सूबेदार सिंह को भी प्रार्थिनी का मोबाइल नम्बर से लिंक करा दिया, और लकी सिंह द्वारा मांगी जा रही धनराशि उपरोक्त लोगों के मोबाइल नं पर भी मंगवाता था। इसमें लकी सिंह के पिता भानु प्रताप सिंह की भी मिली भगत थी। लकी सिंह और उनके सभी सहयोगी मिलकर नाजायज तरीके से अश्लील वीडियो वायरल करने की धमकी देते हुए वसूले जा रहे पैसों से प्रार्थिनी आजीज हो गयी, उक्त लकी सिंह व उनके अन्य उपरोक्त साथियों के मांग से मुझ प्रार्थिनी का जीना दूभर हो गया है। जब वादिनी द्वारा पैसा देने से मना किया गया तो अभियुक्त व अन्य साथियों के साथ सायं 4 बजे हम प्रार्थिनी के घर में जबरदस्ती घुस कर मुझ प्रार्थिनी को मारपीटकर प्रार्थिनी के शरीर पर पहने हुए सोने का मंगलसूत्र, सोने का कान की बाली, चांदी का पायल जबरदस्ती उतार लिये और धमकी देते हुए चले गये कि कहीं कुछ करने गयी तो जान से मार देंगे और अपना मोबाइल नम्बर बन्द कर लिये। जिसके आधार पर थाना कोतवाली पर मु0अ0सं0 432/24 धारा 323/504/506/376 भादवि दि. 1.8.2024 को पंजीकृत किया गया। इसी कड़ी मे 29 नवंबर को नि0अ0 रफी आलम, द्वारा मुकदमा उपरोक्त में वांछित अभियुक्त अभय सिंह उर्फ लकी सिंह पुत्र भानु प्रताप सिंह, उम्र 38 वर्ष निवासी गनपतपुर थाना अतरौलिया जनपद आजमगढ़ को रोडवेज से समय 2 बजे गिरफ्तार किया गया। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त का चालान माननीय न्यायालय किया गया।
