A 21-year-old youth hanged himself under suspicious circumstances, leaving the family members in dire straits

Azamgarh : Atrauliya. Let it be known that Satyam Singh son of Virender Singh, 21 years of age, resident of Khanpur Fateh of Thana area, committed suicide by hanging himself from a hook on the ceiling with the help of a chaddar in his room last night at around 11:00 pm. The family informed the local police station. On receiving the information, police station president Virendra Kumar Singh, sub-inspector Vinay Yadav reached the spot and also called the forensic team. In the presence of the forensic team, the body was taken down from the stove in the roof. The police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. The relatives of the deceased said that Satyam was very bright in reading and writing who had passed B.Sc. He was under severe stress for almost 5 years and was undergoing treatment. For the past one month he was not going to take his medicine due to which his mental condition was deteriorating day by day. Last night after eating dinner, he went to his room where he committed suicide by hanging himself from a latch on the roof. The deceased was the youngest of two brothers and three sisters. The father of the deceased is the breadwinner of the family by farming and the mother Shailya is crying and crying.
