यूपी में 9 सीटों के लिए मतगणना शुरू, कुछ देर बाद तस्वीर होगी साफ
Lucknow: Counting of votes for by-elections to nine assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh has started today. Counting of votes will take place in the minimum of 20 rounds in Sisamau of Kanpur and maximum of 32 rounds in Kundarki, Karahal, Phulpur and Mazwan of Moradabad. The Election Commission has completed all preparations for counting. Police force has been deployed at the polling station to maintain security. During the counting of votes, CCTV cameras are being monitored from the control room. Chief Electoral Officer Uttar Pradesh Navdeep Rinwa said that the by-elections of Mirapur, Kundarki, Ghaziabad, Khair, Karhal, Sisamau, Phulpur, Katehri and Mazwan assembly constituencies will be counted today. Muzaffarnagar, Moradabad, Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Mainpuri, Kanpur Nagar, Prayagraj, Ambedkar Nagar And the counting of votes is going on in Mirzapur. Nine observers have been deployed by the Election Commission of India for the counting of votes. They said that all the counting and sealing of votes has been done under CCTV surveillance. A total of 90 candidates are in the fray in Vidhan Sabha by-election 2024. Adequate central paramilitary forces have also been deployed for the smooth completion of counting of votes. There is a three-tier security arrangement for the security of the polling station. The first level of security is at a perimeter of 100 meters from the polling station, where regional police forces are deployed. The second level of security is at the gate of the polling station, where state police forces are deployed. It is known that by-elections were held on November 20 on nine assembly seats of UP. A total of 90 candidates tried their luck. In this election, the BJP won eight seats and its ally RLD one seat. SP is fighting on all nine seats with the support of Congress in this election. While BSP was also in the field alone on all the seats.
लखनऊ: उत्तर प्रदेश में नौ विधानसभा सीटों पर उपचुनाव के लिए आज मतगणना शुरू हो गई है। कानपुर की सीसामऊ में सबसे कम 20 राउंड और मुरादाबाद की कुंदरकी, करहल, फूलपुर व मझवां में सबसे अधिक 32 राउंड में मतगणना होगी।मतगणना स्थल की त्रिस्तरीय सुरक्षा की गई है। चुनाव आयोग ने काउंटिंग को लेकर सभी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली हैं। सुरक्षा-व्यवस्था कायम रखने के लिए मतगणना स्थल पर पुलिस बल तैनात किया गया है। मतगणना के दौरान कंट्रोल रूम से सीसीटीवी कैमरों से निगरानी की जा रही है।मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी उत्तर प्रदेश नवदीप रिणवा ने बताया कि मीरापुर, कुन्दरकी, गाजियाबाद, खैर,करहल, सीसामऊ, फूलपुर,कटेहरी एवं मझवां विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के उप निर्वाचन आज मतगणना शुरू हो गई है।मुजफ्फरनगर, मुरादाबाद, गाजियाबाद, अलीगढ़, मैनपुरी, कानपुर नगर, प्रयागराज, अम्बेडकर नगर एवं मिर्जापुर में मतगणना हो रही है।भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा मतगणना हेतु नौ प्रेक्षक तैनात किए गये हैं।उन्होंने बताया कि समस्त मतगणना एवं सीलिंग सीसीटीवी की निगरानी में हुई है। विधान सभा उप निर्वाचन 2024 में कुल 90 प्रत्याशी चुनाव मैदान में हैं। मतगणना सकुशल सम्पन्न कराने हेतु पर्याप्त मात्रा में केन्द्रीय अर्द्धसैनिक बलों की तैनाती भी की गयी है। मतगणना स्थल की सुरक्षा हेतु त्रिस्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था है।प्रथम स्तर की सुरक्षा मतगणना स्थल से 100 मीटर की परिधि पर है, जहां क्षेत्रीय पुलिस बल तैनात हैं। द्वितीय स्तर की सुरक्षा मतगणना स्थल के गेट पर है, जहां राज्य पुलिस बल तैनात हैं।तृतीय स्तर की सुरक्षा मतगणना हाल के लिए है जो कि सीएपीएफ की निगरानी में है। ज्ञात हो कि यूपी की नौ विधानसभा सीटों पर 20 नवंबर को उपचुनाव हुए थे। कुल 90 उम्मीदवारों ने अपनी भाग्य आजमाया था।इस चुनाव में भाजपा आठ व उसकी सहयोगी रालोद एक सीट पर किस्मत आजमा रही है। सपा इस चुनाव में कांग्रेस के समर्थन से सभी नौ सीटों पर लड़ रही है। जबकि बसपा भी सभी सीटों पर अकेले ही मैदान में थी।
