The Israeli army launched attacks on military bases in Iran

Dubai. Israel carried out airstrikes on military bases in Iran early Saturday morning, according to Israeli officials, in response to a ballistic missile attack by Iran on October 1.

There was no immediate information on damage in Iran. The Israeli military said the attack was “targeted at precise military targets.” However, not much information was given.

“Since October 7, Iran and its allies have been continuously attacking Israel from seven different fronts, including direct attacks from Iranian soil,” the Israeli military said in a statement. He also has the right and duty to answer it.”

Explosions were heard in the Iranian capital, Tehran, and state media reported that the sounds may have come from air defense systems around the city.

Meanwhile, state media in Syria also reported that its air defense system had hit “enemy targets” there.

Iran has launched two ballistic missile attacks on Israel during the ongoing Israel-Hamas war in the Gaza Strip, which began on October 7, 2023, following an attack on Israel by Hamas.

Israel has also launched a ground attack on Lebanon.

The attack came as U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken returned from a tour of the Middle East, where he and other U.S. officials had warned Israel against taking any steps that would escalate conflict in the region and over Iran’s nuclear sites. Don’t be a target.

White House National Security Council spokesman Sean Savett said in a statement that “we understand that Israel is conducting targeted attacks against military targets in Iran,” and asked reporters to contact the Israeli government for more information. is
