लेखपाल पर रिश्वत लेने का लगाया आरोप तहसीलदार को दिया ज्ञापन
Barhaj, Deoria. Dinesh Yadav, a resident of village Sherwa Babnauli of Barhaj tehsil area, accused Halka Lekhpal and said that Halka Lekhpal was not ready to do any work without taking a bribe, whether it was measuring or making a caste residence certificate or taking a copy. They do not do any work related to agriculture without bribery. Also against illegal occupation of Gram Sabha land, barns, roads, ponds, etc. They conspired and presented a story against the opportunity. Dinesh Yadav further said that Mahadev's son Sharda Pushpa Devi wife Amit Sharma Vandana Devi wife Buddhasagar Sharma Dhobi of the village who is very poor and landless has been given ₹60000 annual income by the Lekhpal without taking any bribe. Could not get benefits. He further said that apart from this, the inheritance of the man who died many years ago in our village has not been offered till date. It is to be informed through this letter that necessary action should be taken against such corrupt accountants. बरहज ,देवरिया। बरहज तहसील क्षेत्र के ग्राम शेरवा बभनौली निवासी दिनेश यादव ने हल्का लेखपाल पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि हल्का लेखपाल बिना रिश्वत लिए कोई कार्य करने को तैयार नहीं होते हैं पैमाइश करना हो आए जाति निवास निवास प्रमाण पत्र बनाना हो खेसरे की नकल लेनी हो चाहे , कृषि संबंधी कोई भी कार्य हो बिना रिश्वत के कार्य नहीं करते हैं ।साथ ही ग्राम सभा की भूमि खलिहान रास्ता पोखरी आदि पर अवैध कब्जे के विरुद्ध, कई बार ऑनलाइन शिकायत की गई लेकिन लेखपाल अतिक्रमणकारियों से मिलकर साजिश कर मौके के विरुद्ध आख्या प्रस्तुत कर दी । आगे दिनेश यादव ने कहा कि गांव के ही महादेव पुत्र शारदा पुष्पा देवी पत्नी अमित शर्मा वंदना देवी पत्नी बुद्धसागर शर्मा धोबी जो अत्यंत गरीब है एवं भूमिहीन है उनका रिश्वत न मिलने पर लेखपाल द्वारा ₹60000 वार्षिक आय बना दिया है जिससे वह किसी सरकारी योजना का लाभ न पा सके। आगे उन्होंने कहा कि इसके अलावा हमारे गांव में जो आदमी कई वर्ष पूर्व मर गए हैं उनका वरासत आज तक नहीं चढ़ाया गया इस पत्रक के माध्यम से अवगत कराना है कि ऐसे भ्रष्ट लेखपाल के विरुद्ध जांच कर कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाए । ज्ञापन सौंपते समय रामनाथ, सुरेश, रामप्रवेश, राजा यादव, संजय कुमार, भानु प्रताप ,साहब लाल, सतीश, विनय चौहान, मोहन यादव ,सुदर्शन चौहान,,दिनेश यादव, विनोद यादव, ज्ञानचंद ,रमाशंकर ,मुखलाल शिवचरण ,गोरख प्रसाद ,गजानन चौहान ,हरे राम सहित काफी संख्या में लोग उपस्थित रहे ।
