संभल विवाद में यूपी सरकार का रवैया बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ले संज्ञान: प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा

He further said, "It is not in the interest of the people, nor in the interest of the country, to try to spread discrimination, oppression and division while sitting in power. The Hon'ble Supreme Court should take cognizance of this matter and judge it. My appeal is to the people of the region." ki har hal mein shanti prakkehan." Earlier, former CM of UP and SP President Akhilesh Yadav also besieged the UP government over the violence. He said, "The 'Supreme Court' should immediately take cognizance of the conspiracy to spread tension in the name of the survey and file a case against those who took the rioters with them with the intention of disrupting social harmony, and file a case against them for disturbing the peace and harmony." Association' should also take disciplinary and punitive action. There is no expectation from the UP administration. Following the violence that broke out in Sambhal on Sunday, various restrictions have been imposed in the district. Entry of outsiders has also been banned in Sambhal till December 1.
नई दिल्ली:यूपी के संभल जिले में शाही जामा मस्जिद के सर्वे को लेकर हुई हिंसा के दौरान चार लोगों की मौत हो गई है। इस हिंसा पर अब कांग्रेस की महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा की प्रतिक्रिया आई है। उन्होंने प्रदेश की जनता से शांति बनाए रखने की अपील की है।प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा ने सोमवार को एक्स पर एक पोस्ट शेयर करते हुए यूपी सरकार से कड़े सवाल किए। उन्होंने लिखा, “संभल, उत्तर प्रदेश में अचानक उठे विवाद को लेकर राज्य सरकार का रवैया बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। इतने संवेदनशील मामले में बिना दूसरा पक्ष सुने, बिना दोनों पक्षों को विश्वास में लिए प्रशासन ने जिस तरह हड़बड़ी के साथ कार्रवाई की, वह दिखाता है कि सरकार ने खुद माहौल खराब किया। प्रशासन ने जरूरी प्रक्रिया और कर्तव्य का पालन भी जरूरी नहीं समझा।”
उन्होंने आगे कहा, “सत्ता में बैठकर भेदभाव, अत्याचार और फूट फैलाने का प्रयास करना न जनता के हित में है, न देश के हित में। माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट को इस मामले का संज्ञान लेकर न्याय करना चाहिए। प्रदेश की जनता से मेरी अपील है कि हर हाल में शांति बनाए रखें।”
इससे पहले यूपी के पूर्व सीएम और सपा अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने भी संभल की हिंसा को लेकर यूपी सरकार को घेरा। उन्होंने कहा, “सर्वे के नाम पर तनाव फैलाने की साजिश का ‘सर्वोच्च न्यायालय’ तुरंत संज्ञान ले और जो अपने साथ सामाजिक सद्भाव बिगाड़ने के उद्देश्य से नारेबाजों को ले गए, उनके खिलाफ शांति और सौहार्द बिगाड़ने का मुकदमा दर्ज हो और उनके खिलाफ ‘बार एसोसिएशन’ भी अनुशासनात्मक और दंडात्मक कार्रवाई करे। यूपी शासन-प्रशासन से न कोई उम्मीद थी, न है।”
संभल में रविवार को भड़की हिंसा के बाद जिले में कई तरह की पाबंदियां लगा दी गई हैं। संभल में एक दिसंबर तक बाहरी व्यक्ति के प्रवेश पर भी रोक लगा दी गई है।
