अतिक्रमण और यातायात के नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ हो कार्रवाई:मंत्री राकेश सिंह

Minister Rakesh Singh told Collector Deepak Saxena, SP Sampat Upadhyay, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Preeti Yadav during the meeting that helmet checking, checking of vehicle documents may be good from the security point of view, but it has nothing to do with traffic directly. Therefore, after this meeting, while talking to the media at Circuit House Number One, Minister Rakesh Singh said that we want our city to look like a metropolis. For which it is necessary that the city's infrastructure is ready. The most important thing is to fix the traffic system, but there are constant complaints. The court is taking cognizance and giving orders. The public is upset, the public representative is getting complaints about encroachment and disorganized traffic every day. This is the reason why a group meeting was held with all the officials of Jabalpur in which it was decided that everything that is necessary will be done regarding the traffic system of the city. In the meeting, Minister Rakesh Singh said that whether action is taken against those who violate traffic rules or those who encroach, all necessary preparations will be made. Minister Rakesh Singh said in the discussion with the officials that helmet checking regarding traffic is right from the security point of view, but it has no direct connection with traffic. He said that the people of Jabalpur are now unanimously ready to fix the traffic system of the city. Rakesh Singh said that during the meeting today, all the public representatives and officials have unanimously agreed that the traffic of Jabalpur city should be organized.
जबलपुर में बिगड़ती यातायात व्यवस्था और जहां-तहां शहर की सड़क पर फैले अतिक्रमण को लेकर जब मंत्री राकेश सिंह के पास शिकायतों का अंबार लगा तो नाराज होकर उन्होंने जबलपुर के पुलिस-प्रशासन और नगर निगम के अधिकारियों की क्लास लगा दी। मंत्री राकेश सिंह ने शहर की ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था को दुरुस्त करने के लिए शनिवार को पुलिस-प्रशासन और नगर निगम के अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। बैठक में शहर के ट्रैफिक से जुड़े कई निर्णय लिए गए, जिसे कि जल्द से जल्द अमल में लाने के मंत्री के द्वारा निर्देश दिए गए है। बैठक में मंत्री के अलावा विधायक अशोक रोहाणी,विधायक इंदु तिवारी,विधायक अभिलाष पांडे के अलावा महापौर जगत बहादुर अन्नू भी मौजूद रहे। मंत्री राकेश सिंह ने कलेक्टर दीपक सक्सेना,एसपी सम्पत उपाध्याय,नगर निगम आयुक्त प्रीति यादव से बैठक के दौरान कहा कि हेलमेट चेकिंग, गाड़ी के दस्तावेज चेक करना सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से ठीक हो सकता है, पर ट्रैफिक से सीधे तौर पर लेना-देना नहीं है। इसलिए इस सबसे ज्यादा
बैठक के बाद सर्किट हाउस नंबर एक पर मीडिया से चर्चा करते हुए मंत्री राकेश सिंह ने कहा कि हम चाहते है कि हमारा शहर महानगर के स्वरूप में दिखाई दे। जिसके लिए यह जरूरी है कि शहर का इन्फास्ट्रक्चर तैयार हो। सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था ठीक करने की है, लेकिन लगातार शिकायतें हो रही है। कोर्ट संज्ञान लेकर आदेश दे रहा है। जनता परेशान है, जनप्रतिनिधि के पास रोजाना अतिक्रमण और अव्यवस्थित ट्रैफिक को लेकर हर रोज शिकायत आ रही है। यही कारण है कि जबलपुर के सभी अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर सामूहिक बैठक हुई जिसमें तय हुआ है कि शहर की यातायात व्यवस्था को लेकर वो सब कुछ किया जाएगा, जो कि जरूरी है।
बैठक में मंत्री राकेश सिंह ने कहा कि यातायात के नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई हो या फिर अतिक्रमण करने वाले सभी को आवश्यक तैयारी की जाएगी। मंत्री राकेश सिंह ने कहा कि अधिकारियों के साथ हुई चर्चा में कहा कि ट्रैफिक को लेकर हेलमेट चेकिंग करना सुरक्षा के नजरिए से ठीक है, पर यातायात से सीधे-सीधे इसका कोई भी ताल्लुक नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि जबलपुर की जनता एक मत होकर अब शहर की ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था को ठीक करने के लिए तैयार है। राकेश सिंह ने कहा कि आज बैठक के दौरान सभी जनप्रतिनिधि और अधिकारियों ने एक मत होकर इस बात पर सहमति दी है कि जबलपुर शहर का ट्रैफिक व्यावस्थित हो।
