सपा के बाद कांग्रेस ने किया संभल जाने का ऐलान पुलिस ने लगाया कड़ा पहरा

He said that all the party workers decided that we will stay at one place in our party office. Here, talks were held with the workers and further strategy was decided. We will try to go there (Sambhal). We will all fight and get justice. Congress leader of opposition in the assembly Aradhana Mishra said that a very big incident has happened in Sambhal. Five people died and 30 policemen were injured due to gunshot. This is not a normal incident. It is a very big incident. A delegation of Congress wants to go there under the leadership of Congress President Ajay Rai. We wanted to go there to find out the true facts. We wanted to appeal for peace there. I have been put under house arrest since last night. Apart from the state president, other leaders are also being stopped. This is the anarchy of the government. They want to hide their failure. 163 is applicable in Sambhal, not in Lucknow. We are not being allowed to leave the house. This is the hooliganism of the government. Meanwhile, the police has issued a notice to the Congress State President Ajay Rai and asked him not to visit the violence-affected Sambhal. In the notice given to Ajay Rai, he has been told that keeping in mind the peace and communal sensitivity in Sambhal district, he should cooperate in public interest and postpone his proposed program. So that the order of section 163 BNSS passed by the District Magistrate of Sambhal district is not violated. Actually the administration has banned coming to Sambhal till 10 December. Recently many SP leaders had tried to go there.
लखनऊ: समाजवादी पार्टी के बाद अब कांग्रेस ने भी संभल जाने का ऐलान किया है। लखनऊ में कांग्रेस दफ्तर के बाहर पुलिस को तैनात किया गया है। कांग्रेस पार्टी का प्रतिनिधिमंडल संभल में मारे गए परिवार वालों से मिलने के लिए जाने की तैयारी कर रहा है। उधर पुलिस भारी संख्या में कांग्रेस कार्यालय के बाहर पहुंच गई। कार्यालय की तरफ जाने वाले मार्गों पर रोक लगा दी गई है। 12 बजे इस काफिले के निकलने की बात कही जा रही है।कांग्रेस के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने कहा कि पुलिस ने मुझे नोटिस जारी किया है। कहा है कि मेरे दौरे से अव्यवस्था फैलेगी। निश्चित रूप से हम भी अव्यवस्था नहीं, बल्कि शांति चाहते हैं। पुलिस और सरकार ने वहां जो अत्याचार और अन्याय किया है, मैं चाहता हूं कि मेरे नेतृत्व को यह पता चले।उन्होंने कहा कि सभी पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं ने निर्णय लिया कि हम अपने पार्टी कार्यालय में एक ही स्थान पर रहेंगे। यहां कार्यकर्ताओं से बातें हुईं और आगे की रणनीति तय हुई। हम वहां (संभल) जाने का प्रयास करेंगे। हम सब लड़ेंगे और न्याय दिलाएंगे।विधानसभा में कांग्रेस की नेता विपक्षी दल आराधना मिश्रा ने कहा कि संभल में बहुत बड़ी घटना हुई है। वहां पांच लोगों की गोली लगने से मौत और 30 पुलिसकर्मी घायल हुए हैं। यह सामान्य घटना नहीं है। काफी बड़ी घटना है। कांग्रेस का एक प्रतिनिधि मंडल कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष अजय राय के नेतृत्व में जाना चाहता है। हम लोग वहां सही तथ्य को पता करने लिए जाना चाहते थे। वहां शांति की अपील करना चाह रहे थे। कल रात से मुझे हाउस अरेस्ट किया गया। प्रदेश अध्यक्ष के अलावा अन्य नेताओं को भी रोका जा रहा हैं। सरकार की अराजकता है। वह अपनी नाकामी छुपाना चाहते है। 163 संभल में लागू है, लखनऊ में नहीं। हमें घर से नहीं निकलने दिया जा रहा है। यह सरकार की गुंडागर्दी है।इधर पुलिस ने कांग्रेस के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अजय राय को नोटिस जारी कर हिंसा प्रभावित संभल का दौरा न करने को कहा है। अजय राय को दिए गए नोटिस में उन्हें बताया गया है कि संभल जिले में शांति और सांप्रदायिक संवेदनशीलता को ध्यान में रखते हुए वह जनहित में सहयोग करें और अपना प्रस्तावित कार्यक्रम स्थगित करें। ताकि संभल जिले के जिला मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा पारित धारा 163 बीएनएसएस के आदेश का उल्लंघन न हो।दरअसल प्रशासन ने दस दिसंबर तक संभल आने पर रोक लगा रखी है। बीते दिनों सपा के कई नेताओं ने वहां जाने की कोशिश की थी। सपा विधानमंडल दल के नेता और प्रदेश अध्यक्ष को वहां जाने से रोक दिया गया था। इकरा हसन सहित कुछ और सांसदों को भी वहां नहीं जाने दिया गया था।ज्ञात हो कि शाही जामा मस्जिद के सर्वे के दौरान 24 नवंबर को हुई हिंसा की पड़ताल के लिए गठित न्यायिक आयोग ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। तीन सदस्यीय आयोग के दो सदस्य रविवार को संभल पहुंचे और हिंसा प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का दौरा कर अफसरों से जानकारी ली। आयोग की टीम जामा मस्जिद भी गई और मस्जिद कमेटी के सदस्यों से मुलाकात की। इस बीच, मंडल आयुक्त आंजनेय कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि हिंसा के जिम्मेदारों के खिलाफ सबूत जुटाए जा रहे हैं।
