भाजपा ने नेता बसनगौड़ा पाटिल यतनाल को नोटिस जारी कर जवाब मांगा
Bengaluru: The BJP's Central Disciplinary Committee has issued a show cause notice to BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal for speaking against the state level leadership. The notice issued to Patil said that reports of your continuous attack against the state level party leadership and disregard of party instructions are coming to the fore. Along with this, you have come out in public statements contrary to the official stand of the party on all matters of political and public importance. Reports of adopting an anti-party stand are coming in the media as well as on various party forums. It is also a matter of great concern that despite issuing show cause notices several times in the past and assurances of good conduct by you, the acts of indiscipline continue unabated. Considering your seniority and long standing in the party, the Central Disciplinary Committee has taken a lenient view on the explanations submitted by you earlier. The false and veiled allegations levelled by you against party leaders and your defiance of the official stand of the party on matters of political and public importance are serious violations of party discipline as defined in clauses (a) and (f) of 'Violation of Discipline' of Article 25 of the BJP's Rules of Conduct. He was asked why the party should not take disciplinary action against you. You have to submit your explanation within ten days from the receipt of this notice.
बेंगलुरु:। भाजपा की केंद्रीय अनुशासन समिति ने राज्य स्तरीय नेतृत्व के खिलाफ बोलने के लिए भाजपा विधायक बसनगौड़ा पाटिल यतनाल को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया है।पाटिल को जारी नोटिस में कहा गया है कि राज्य स्तरीय पार्टी नेतृत्व के खिलाफ आपके निरंतर हमले और पार्टी निर्देशों की अवहेलना की खबरें सामने आ रही हैं। इसके साथ ही आप राजनीतिक और सार्वजनिक महत्व के सभी मामलों पर पार्टी के आधिकारिक रुख के विपरीत सार्वजनिक बयानबाजी सामने आई हैं। पार्टी विरोधी रुख अपनाने की खबरें मीडिया के साथ-साथ विभिन्न पार्टी मंचों पर भी आ रही हैं।यह भी एक बड़ी चिंता का विषय है कि अतीत में कई बार कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी करने और आपके द्वारा अच्छे आचरण के आश्वासन के बावजूद, अनुशासनहीनता के कार्य बिना रुके जारी हैं। आपकी वरिष्ठता और पार्टी में लंबे समय से आपकी उपस्थिति को देखते हुए, केंद्रीय अनुशासन समिति ने आपके द्वारा पूर्व में प्रस्तुत स्पष्टीकरणों पर नरम रुख अपनाया है।आपके द्वारा पार्टी नेताओं के खिलाफ लगाए गए झूठे एवं परोक्ष आरोप और राजनीतिक एवं सार्वजनिक महत्व के मामलों पर पार्टी के आधिकारिक रुख की अवहेलना, भाजपा के नियमावली के आर्टिकल 25 के ‘अनुशासन उल्लंघन’ के खंड (ए) एवं (एफ) में परिभाषित पार्टी अनुशासन का गंभीर उल्लंघन करते हैं।उनसे पूछा गया कि पार्टी को आपके खिलाफ अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं करनी चाहिए। आपको अपना स्पष्टीकरण इस नोटिस की प्राप्ति से दस दिनों के भीतर देना है।
