धार्मिक स्थलों पर बाल विवाह रोकने के लिए सजग रहे धर्मगुरु: डीएम,बाल विवाह रोकने के लिए जिलाधिकारी ने की अपील
Deoria. The district administration has geared up against social evils like child marriage. District Magistrate Mrs. Divya Mittal has requested all religious leaders and religious place operators to be vigilant to stop child marriage at religious places. She said that marriages should not be conducted at religious places without checking the age certificate. With the vigilance of religious leaders, child marriage can be effectively stopped. The District Magistrate said that any kind of participation in child marriage is a serious crime under the Child Marriage Prohibition Act 2006. Child marriage is not only a violation of law, but it has a deep impact on the health, education and future of children. The District Magistrate appealed not to conduct marriages at religious places without legal age certificate. He urged all religious leaders to ensure checking of age certificates of the bride and groom before marriage. Also, to make people aware about child marriage, publicity should be done through wall writing and other means at religious places. The District Magistrate said that in some cases, child marriages are conducted due to lack of awareness. Such cases can be prevented, provided the community is alert. He appealed to all citizens to convey any information related to child marriage to the administration. Every section of the society will have to ensure its participation in this campaign. देवरिया । बाल विवाह जैसी सामाजिक कुरीति के खिलाफ जिला प्रशासन ने कमर कस ली है। जिलाधिकारी श्रीमती दिव्या मित्तल ने धार्मिक स्थलों पर बाल विवाह को रोकने के लिए सभी धर्मगुरुओं और धार्मिक स्थल संचालकों से सजग रहने का अनुरोध किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि बिना आयु प्रमाण पत्र देखे धार्मिक स्थल पर विवाह न कराये। धर्मगुरुओं की सजगता से बाल विवाह पर प्रभावी रोक लगाई जा सकती है।जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि बाल विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिनियम 2006 के तहत बाल विवाह में किसी भी प्रकार की भागीदारी एक गंभीर अपराध है। बाल विवाह केवल एक कानून का उल्लंघन नहीं, बल्कि यह बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और भविष्य पर गहरा प्रभाव डालता है।जिलाधिकारी ने धार्मिक स्थलों पर बिना विधिक आयु प्रमाण पत्र के विवाह न कराए जाने की अपील की। उन्होंने सभी धर्मगुरुओं से आग्रह किया कि विवाह से पहले वर-वधू के आयु प्रमाण पत्रों की जांच सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही, बाल विवाह के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करने के लिए धार्मिक स्थलों पर दीवार लेखन और अन्य माध्यमों से प्रचार-प्रसार करें।जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि कुछ प्रकरणों में जागरूकता की कमी के कारण बाल विवाह संपन्न हो जाते हैं। ऐसे मामलों को रोका जा सकता है, बशर्ते समुदाय सजग हो। उन्होंने सभी नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे बाल विवाह से संबंधित किसी भी जानकारी को प्रशासन तक अवश्य पहुंचाएं। समाज के हर वर्ग को इस अभियान में अपनी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करनी होगी।
