मोटर दुर्घटना के मामलों को निस्तारण हेतु करे चिन्हित – सचिव/अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश
Deoria. As per the instructions of the State Legal Services Authority, for the grand success of the National Lok Adalat, under the direction of District Judge Deoria Devendra Singh, a pre-trial meeting was called by Additional District and Sessions Judge Secretary District Legal Services Authority Manoj Kumar Tiwari, under the chairmanship of Presiding Officer Manoj Kumar Rai, for settlement of the pending cases in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Deoria on the basis of mutual reconciliation and agreement. In the meeting, discussions were held for identification and settlement of cases in maximum number of cases. Additional District and Sessions Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority Deoria Manoj Kumar Tiwari appealed to all the litigants of the district to take advantage of this Lok Adalat by getting the pending cases and pre-litigation disputes settled on the basis of mutual settlement agreement of the parties, especially criminal compoundable cases, Section 138 of the Parakram Likhit Act, bank recovery cases, electricity and water, family cases, land acquisition cases, disputes related to pay and allowances in service, revenue cases, other civil cases, rent, easement, injunction, special relief cases, etc., apart from other cases, on the basis of mutual settlement agreement of the parties.

देवरिया ।राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के निर्देशानुसार राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत के भव्य सफलता हेतु जनपद न्यायाधीश देवरिया देवेंद्र सिंह के निर्देशन में राष्ट्रीय लोक अदालत के सफलता हेतु मोटर दुर्घटना दावा अधिकरण देवरिया में लम्बित मामलों का आपसी सुलह.समझौते के आधार पर निस्तारण हेतु पीठासीन अधिकारी मनोज कुमार राय के अध्यक्षता में अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण मनोज कुमार तिवारी द्वारा प्री ट्रायल बैठक आहुत की गयी। बैठक में अधिक से अधिक मामलों में वादों को चिन्हाकन तथा निस्तारण हेतु वार्ता किया गया।अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश/सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण देवरिया मनोज कुमार तिवारी द्वारा जनपद के समस्त वादकारियों से अपील की गयी कि वे इस लोक अदालत में अन्य वादों के अलावा विशेषतः अपराधिक शमनीय वाद, 138 धारा पराक्रम लिखित अधिनियम, बैंक वसूली वाद, विद्युत एवं जल, पारिवारिक वाद, भूमि अधिग्रहण वाद, सर्विस में वेतन एवं भत्ते सम्बन्धित विवाद, राजस्व वाद अन्य सिविल वादों किराया सुखाधिकार व्यायादेश विशिष्ट अनुतोष वाद, आदि के लम्बित मामले एवं प्री.लिटिगेशन विवादों का भी निस्तारण पक्षकारों के आपसी सुलह समझौते के आधार पर करा कर इस लोक अदालत का लाभ उठावें।
