परिवार न्यायालय के आदेश पर ससुराल पक्ष के छः के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज
Ghosi/Mau: On the complaint of Suman Chauhan, resident of Rampur Tadwa village of Ghosi Kotwali area and the order of the family court, Ghosi Kotwali police has registered a case under dowry harassment against six people of the in-laws' side including her husband and is taking legal action. Suman Chauhan, resident of Rampur Tadwa village of Ghosi Kotwali area, was married to Prakash alias Roshan Chauhan, resident of Sahdullah village of Nizamabad police station area of Azamgarh district on 16 June 23 as per Hindu customs. After marriage, her in-laws started harassing her for dowry as well as physically and mentally harassing her. They started demanding five lakh rupees and a Maruti car in dowry. On expressing inability, her husband Prakash alias Roshan Chauhan, brother-in-law Dharmu Chauhan, sister-in-law Dharmu Chauhan's wife, brother-in-law Madan Chauhan, sister-in-law Madan Chauhan's wife, Sunaina started harassing her every day and on April 3, snatched all the jewellery and threw her out of the house. Since then she has been living in her maternal home. She is living there. In this connection, on the complaint of Suman Chauhan, Ghosi Kotwali Police is taking legal action by registering a case against six people from her in-laws' side including her husband.

घोसी/मऊ:घोसी कोतवाली क्षेत्र के रामपुर टड़वा गांव निवासी सुमन चौहान की तहरीर एवं परिवारकोर्ट के आदेश पर घोसी कोतवाली पुलिस ने पति सहित ससुराल पक्ष के छः लोगों के विरुद्ध दहेज़ उत्पीड़न के तहत मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर कानूनी कार्रवाई कर रही है।घोसी कोतवाली क्षेत्र के रामपुर टडवा गांव निवासी सुमन चौहान का विवाह आजमगढ़ जिले के निजामाबाद थाने क्षेत्र के सहदुल्लह गांव निवासी प्रकाश उर्फ़ रोशन चौहान के साथ 16 जून 23 को हिंदू रीति रिवाज से हुआ था ।विवाह के बाद से ही ससुरालियों द्वारा दहेज़ को लेकर प्रताड़ित करने के साथ ही शारीरिक एवं मानसिक रुप से प्रताड़ित किया जाने लगा।दहेज़ में पांच लाख रुपये एवं मारुती कार की मांग करने लगे।असमर्थता जताने पर पति प्रकाश उर्फ़ रोशन चौहान,जेठ धर्मू चौहान, जेठानी धर्मू चौहान की पत्नी, जेठ मदन चौहान , जेठानी मदन चौहान की पत्नी,सुनैना आये दिन प्रताड़ित करने के साथ ही तीन अप्रैल को सभी जेवरात छीन कर घर से निकाल दिये।तब से मायके में रह रही है ।इस संबंध में घोसी कोतवाली पुलिस सुमन चौहान की तहरीर पर पति सहित ससुराल पक्ष के छः लोगों के विरुद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज कर कानूनी कार्रवाई कर रही है।
