Deoria District Training Officer, District Rural Development Institute, Deshai Deoria, has informed that the 02-day residential "Electricity Sakhi" training was inaugurated with the lighting of lamps at the District Rural Development Institute, Deshai Deoria. The aim of the training is to economically empower the women of self-help groups by linking them with self-employment. This program is being organized from 02 December to 27 December 2024 under the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission. A total of 376 women will be trained during the training. These women will be entrusted with the task of collecting electricity bills online in their allotted areas. They will also provide instant receipts to consumers through printers. Their income will be determined on the basis of their work. The District Training Officer informed that this program will not only provide self-employment to women but will also facilitate the process of electricity bill payment in rural areas. Women are being motivated towards self-reliance by making them proficient in technology and financial work. The training session was conducted under the leadership of District Training Officer Arun Kumar Pandey. Radhamohan Kushwaha, Vedpal, Anamika, Bhavna Mishra, Junior Engineer Harsh Yadav, Mandhata Mishra, Ram Sagar Prasad and Block Mission Manager Anand Bhairav participated in the program as speakers. District Mission Manager Omkar Tiwari and Gaurav were present as representatives of Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission.
देवरिया जिला प्रशिक्षण अधिकारी, जिला ग्राम्य विकास संस्थान, देसही देवरिया, ने बताया है कि जिला ग्राम्य विकास संस्थान, देसही देवरिया में 02 दिवसीय आवासीय “विद्युत सखी” प्रशिक्षण का शुभारंभ दीप प्रज्ज्वलन के साथ किया गया। प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़कर आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाना है। यह कार्यक्रम उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के तहत 02 दिसंबर से 27 दिसंबर 2024 तक आयोजित किया जा रहा है।प्रशिक्षण के दौरान कुल 376 महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षित किया जाएगा। इन महिलाओं को उनके आवंटित क्षेत्रों में बिजली बिल का ऑनलाइन संग्रह करने का कार्य सौंपा जाएगा। वे प्रिंटर के माध्यम से उपभोक्ताओं को तत्काल रसीद भी प्रदान करेंगी। उनके कार्य के आधार पर ही उनकी आय निर्धारित होगी।
जिला प्रशिक्षण अधिकारी ने बताया कि यह कार्यक्रम न केवल महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार प्रदान करेगा बल्कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बिजली बिल भुगतान की प्रक्रिया को भी सुगम बनाएगा। महिलाओं को प्रौद्योगिकी और वित्तीय कार्यों में निपुण बनाकर आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर प्रेरित किया जा रहा है।
प्रशिक्षण सत्र का संचालन जिला प्रशिक्षण अधिकारी अरुण कुमार पांडे के नेतृत्व में किया गया। कार्यक्रम में राधामोहन कुशवाहा, वेदपाल, अनामिका, भावना मिश्रा, अवर अभियंता हर्ष यादव, मंधाता मिश्रा, राम सागर प्रसाद और ब्लॉक मिशन प्रबंधक आनंद भैरव ने बतौर वार्ताकार अपनी भागीदारी दी। जिला मिशन प्रबंधक ओमकार तिवारी और गौरव ने उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में उपस्थिति दर्ज की।
