Azamgarh: Copies were being written in the field, flying squad chased them

Azamgarh: The flying squad team raided Rajpati Yadav Mahavidyalaya Naraipur Saraimir on Monday. The team caught copies of BA and BSc being written in the field. The people writing the copies started running after seeing the team. The flying squad chased them. The flying squad and the school operator gathered at Saraimir police station till late evening. Panchayat was held for hours. The Registrar took cognizance of the matter and directed to take action.

BA, BSc exams are going on in the district. The exam was going on at the centers in the evening shift on Monday. The flying squad was also reaching the centers and investigating to ensure the smooth conduct of the exam. The team reached Rajpati Yadav Mahavidyalaya Naraipur Saraimir. During this, when the copies were matched, they were found to be less. When the team looked behind the college, some people were writing copies in the field. When the team chased them, they threw the copies and started running away. The team recovered some copies from the field. The team reached Saraimier police station to register a case against the concerned person. No complaint could be lodged till late evening. Panchayat continued for hours at the police station. Mass copying was found in Rajpati Yadav Mahavidyalaya Naraipur Saraimier. Action will be taken to debar the centre. This matter will be placed before the examination conducting committee.
